Ordered 2 Southern fried chicken salads and cheese garlic bread. Drove 20 min there to pick up and bring home to eat. Got home to find they forgot our free garlic bread and the chicken for the salads as we had it on the side to not melt the cheese. All I got was a sorry. I drove back the 20 min to get it and drove another 20 home. I asked if it was fresh chicken or the chicken from 40 min ago and I got "it was on the warmer". Get home and the chicken was in 3 small containers for 2 salads so had to split it myself. Not happy with them and driving 80 min for $27 for salads is not worth it. Will not be ordering again. ?

Facility is filthy. Looks like floors having been vacuumed and glass door not cleaned in quite some time. Kitchen area had food and crumbs on the floor. Employees had personal belongings and upper bodies/arms laying on food prep area. 2 out of 5 employees assisted me and were polite, other 3 were on their electronics. Quality of food was disappointing compared to other Arni’s facilities. Would not recommend this location.

Five stars for the Pizza and salads! Don't care about the old or ugly atmosphere or the paper plates and simple approach here... that pizza of FIRE and them salads are so fresh and delicious ?
The employees, all teenagers, were pleasant, courteous and efficient. The pizza was average at best. No paper towels in the restroom. Carpet BADLY worn. Booths badly worn. Bases of booths were taped with a black "duct" tape. This place needs a MAJOR renovation/update......in really bad shape. SO....as for our rating......average pizza puts it at a 3 and the condition of the "restaurant" reduces it 2 points .....so a 1 out of 5 is being generous......we would not return....not because of the pizza, but because of the distasteful surroundings.

All teenage kids working..No adults..Alot of people are not happy with the service..kids in the back singing and messing around service taking forever orders messed up..An adult needs to be there..

All I've gotten is the pizzas but they absolutely slap. Go get a simple pepperoni pizza and you'll be impressed.
