They probably lost me as a customer last night. I often pick up food about once a week in the drive-thru and they’re usually slow as molasses - which never bothered me too much and they never ask people to “pull up.”
Last night, they were slower than usual. After waiting for 10 minutes behind the car at the pickup window, I paid and waited patiently for another five-plus minutes as other vehicles appeared behind me. Then the employee came to the window and said “We just got a huge order. Would you mind pulling up?”
Absolutely no way was my response! Why are you obviously working on their order instead of mine? You want me to pull up so you can serve them first and make me wait longer?
And they did that! It was two cars back and they gave the big order their food and a large tray of drinks and ice cream using the first window that I’ve never seen being used. Then I waited at least another five minutes before getting my food.
Also they didn’t give me a receipt. I’m not sure they ever have, but I definitely wanted one last night. But I paid with a card so I can take my complaint farther if I want to.

2 pm for lunch. Only one other customer. Used the bathroom first and one stall had no tp and the other had so much tp in the toilet that it was disgusting. Told the gal At the counter. Disinterested. Two workers in the entire place. Whopper was cold. Bun was dry. Fries were reheated. Terrible meal. We were leaving and two customers were at the counter and no onwnvalentintjenregistet. When outside we saw both employees by a chicks in the parking lot talking to the driver. No employees inside while customers waited. They finally left. Neither employee made any attempt to go inside to work. This was quite disturbing. Oh. And they had no ketchup packets. The server pumped some in a sundae cup for me!! The potholes in the lot a car could fall through to the center of the earth. This BK needs closed. There isn’t even a sign for the restaurant on the property. Do not go here. Go elsewhere.
