The chicken strips are solid white meat, crispy, and delicious! Store is very clean, easy to navigate between tables. Kiosk to order and pay, but they will help at the counter if you prefer. Friendly staff.

My family and I stopped here for a quick late lunch/early dinner heading home to Indiana from Chicago and we had a great experience. From the moment we walked in, we were surprised to how clean the whole restaurant was. The ones we’ve experienced at home aren’t how they should be. All of the employees we came in contact with were ladies and they were all super nice, outgoing, friendly and willing to help. 10/10 best customer service. I seen them all helping every customer quickly, cleaning and having a good time. As someone in management, this made my day knowing they can have fun and still have a good, clean and positive work environment.
Thank you all for the quick/fresh food food! If we are traveling this way again, we will come back!
Ps. I think one of the mangers names were Heather, she was wearing pink - if so - you are doing an amazing job! :)

I'm not exactly a frequent visitor to KFC and most of the time when I go in it's just for coleslaw and mashed potatoes and gravy. We raise our own chicken so we're kind of spoiled. This KFC was the cleanest one I've been in in 5 years. Staff was super friendly. The manager was out scrubbing tables and floors and from what I can see they really didn't need to be scrubbed.
I had a very disappointing and unsettling experience at this KFC location on the evening of 7/16/26. I ordered a 4-piece meal and, while waiting, asked if I could get the crispy chicken instead of original. I was told they didn’t have any crispy available because the cook was at the gas station. I offered to wait for crispy, but was told that wasn’t possible. I then asked if I could substitute for something else, but was told no.
At this point, I requested a refund before receiving any food. The employee said the manager would help me. When the manager arrived, he was extremely aggressive he grabbed the food off the counter and threw it across the kitchen. He then asked for my receipt, but I explained I ordered from the kiosk and didn’t receive one. The manager became loud, combative, and made several smart remarks. He even threatened to call the police, bragging that he knew all the cops in town. After I mentioned how unprofessional he was.
To make matters worse, none of the employees, including the manager, were wearing gloves while preparing food. This is a serious health concern, especially since one employee had just come back from break and another had just come out of the bathroom.
I strongly urge the general manager to review the security footage from around 7:45pm on 7/16/26. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and I hope steps are taken to ensure no other customer has to go through what I did.

I just drove through here on July 9th. I was on a long road trip headed back home. This was the best KFC I've had in a very long time. It was very fresh, hot, and delicious. The guy at the drive thru was very nice. The outside area was very nice. I've never been to a KFC with picnic tables. They had a very nice grassy area. This was very accommodating. I was able to walk my dog and stretch my legs. My dog loved the chicken too. We had a plenty of left overs for the cooler. I never leave reviews, but I felt compelled to do so. 😊😊😊

It may have just been a bad day, but I was looking at other reviews and they seem consistent. It took over 20 minutes to get our food and a lot of people were frustrated, which made this a bad atmosphere to eat and I couldn't wait to leave. Food was average.
