3 times now, they have screwed up my order. You ask for unsweet tea, they give you sweet. Ask for no condiments on a burger, they heap them.

The drive-thru didn't work on one side so I had to drive back around and to the other side to order, not a big deal so it's whatever, but after ordering it was so strange... the first worker was young, so I cut him some slack and even helped him figure out how to put my change into the Ronald Mcdonald house box. After doing so, he said nothing. Not pull up, or thank you or anything. So I put my window back up (its 23° outside) and waited for the next person to pull up. I then pull forward and am greeted by.... absolutely nobody. I see people working in the window, someone even sees me, looks at me and keeps walking. No real signage to say I should wait or pull up, so I pull up to the next window after the next car pulls away. . . Someone finally after 5 minutes comes to the window and proceeds to ask me what I ordered and says this line is for other orders (?) .. I apologized and said nobody said a word to me or waved me on or anything so I just followed the flow of the other cars.... a few minutes later I got the drinks (ABSOLUTELY NO ICE IN THEM), double quarter pounder was cold, fries were OK. Overall, it's fast food, so I guess I can't complain other than give the 2 stars for strange interactions with employees.

They seemed a little confused and we're having trouble with the orders but the food was good. And we did get what we ordered. So 9/10 for that. Took a while, and we heard gunfire outside close so that was scary.

McDonald's on Goshen in fort Wayne they were rude when I asked for my food to be fresh then I get home give this to my son he eats half of it and tells me that it's cold Mommy I take it back up there and they act like it was nothing to be concerned about that a toddler just ate raw meat

It's a local spot, but they mess up every order I've gotten. From no bacon on a bacon & cheese quarter pounder to missing fries. The rootbeer seems to be messed up as it doesn't taste like rootbeer. If it wasn't for them pulling me for my two sandwichs and one fry, I wouldn't have known until I had left. Then they gave me a good rootbeer saying they just changed it, during a lunch rush... I would just head to the interstate one if you want some food, this location is a joke right now, McDonald's themselves need to do something.

This is the second or third time I've walked over on my short lunch break to this location and stood in the lobby for more than 5 min waiting to be served. Today I stood there and another employee from another store had to get someone's attention to do what I assume was an instore transfer or something and witnessed 5 employees discussing non work related topics in a huddle.. if you are in a hurry not the location to go.. will be spreading the word about this location to all my friends n family.

Let's you order breakfast in the app or kiosk until 11 but they claim breakfast stops at 10:30 even though the corporate website says 11.

I would put 0 on every star if I could I went there and they messed up my order forgot my bacon and the burger was burnt so went back and told them Abt it and they gave me the same sandwich back with raw bacon and this ain't the first time they messed up my order this is the worst McDonald's I have been too

Ordered a large iced coffee - received with two slivers of ice and an essence of McRib onions. Drive thru reception was overtly curt even though breakfast rush was over and we were the sole customers.
