They seemed a little confused and we're having trouble with the orders but the food was good. And we did get what we ordered. So 9/10 for that. Took a while, and we heard gunfire outside close so that was scary.

McDonald's on Goshen in fort Wayne they were rude when I asked for my food to be fresh then I get home give this to my son he eats half of it and tells me that it's cold Mommy I take it back up there and they act like it was nothing to be concerned about that a toddler just ate raw meat

It's a local spot, but they mess up every order I've gotten. From no bacon on a bacon & cheese quarter pounder to missing fries. The rootbeer seems to be messed up as it doesn't taste like rootbeer. If it wasn't for them pulling me for my two sandwichs and one fry, I wouldn't have known until I had left. Then they gave me a good rootbeer saying they just changed it, during a lunch rush... I would just head to the interstate one if you want some food, this location is a joke right now, McDonald's themselves need to do something.

This is the second or third time I've walked over on my short lunch break to this location and stood in the lobby for more than 5 min waiting to be served. Today I stood there and another employee from another store had to get someone's attention to do what I assume was an instore transfer or something and witnessed 5 employees discussing non work related topics in a huddle.. if you are in a hurry not the location to go.. will be spreading the word about this location to all my friends n family.

I would put 0 on every star if I could I went there and they messed up my order forgot my bacon and the burger was burnt so went back and told them Abt it and they gave me the same sandwich back with raw bacon and this ain't the first time they messed up my order this is the worst McDonald's I have been too

Ordered a large iced coffee - received with two slivers of ice and an essence of McRib onions. Drive thru reception was overtly curt even though breakfast rush was over and we were the sole customers.

ASHLEY THE MANAGER WAS AN AMAZING HELP AND SORTED OUT ALL THE FOOD SITUATION FOR ME AND MY FAMILY...
The lady had an attitude taking my order and when we get to.the 2nd window to get our food. The guy couldn't stop moving. He asked me do you want a drink carrier, I said no, he said okay and proceeded to put them in a drink carrier and hand it to me. He was so jittery and it was really uncomfortable like he was on something. We don't go to this location ever, now I know why.

I ordered on the app got to the drive through cause they are open 24hrs Friday through Saturday. They're the only restaurant within 30 miles open late. I get in the drive through at 130 am and there are paper signs up saying sorry we'll he back at 4am. If you're not capable of filling orders don't let people make them.

My husband and I just left this McDonald’s. Not a good experience at all! No soap in men’s bathroom at all. Very little out of one dispenser at all. Tried using the McDonald’s app for a large drink . Had no luck. Customer behind couldn’t get his to work either. Had to ask for manager even though she saw we were having trouble. The man behind us got mad and left. She said not her fault app didn’t work. Hateful young lady. Offered her money that app said but she said no. The other customer came back and said said no soap in bathroom. No one here is washing their hands!!! She was just hateful and said not my fault it doesn’t work can’t help you so we just left . Never go there again !!! I wonder what health department would say about no soap for workers. We left without anything except her still running her mouth as we left!!!
