Visited with family after a sporting event. Was really looking forward to the salad bar, but it looked less than appealing with wilted lettuce. We ordered off the menu instead and the food was good. Nice waitress; we were the only ones in the place.

I was going to leave a sympathetic review because they seem to never have drivers to deliver. After reading the other reviews, I don't want a half hearted reply saying to email you with more details. That seems to be the main response to negative experiences on your Google reviews. How about I don't email you and just be done with pizza Hut. I was a loyal customer for well over a decade and now I'm ordering pizza king. They always make an order workout and the food is inuch better hands and you feel like you're being taken care of with your order. I'm done with pizza hut shiftiness and sub par pizza. I'm not sorry y'all lost a regular. How about corporate learn how to run a pizza joint. That way you can pass it onto the franchises. Or keep trying to collect a carefree check while people eventually turn elsewhere. I only choose pizza Hut because of the delivery option. Rensselaer delivery is shotty at best. When I lived Monticello, pizza Hut was top notch! Step up your game or fall behind.

We were in town for a wedding and were excited to see a retro Pizza Hut. It brought back many memories of going to Pizza Hut as a kid. The service was friendly and the pizza was great and reasonably priced.

I ordered a home pizza and it came out that it was already arriving and I waited from 8:21 until 9:40 and every now and then the waiting time goes up more
This Pizza hut has good service and the food tastes like it should but the prices are well outside regionally competitive norms. $30 and some change for a large, 3 topping stuffed crust pizza is just very high in my opinion. You can get a large kitchen sink pizza from J&Js for literally 2 dollars more. The food value just isn't there.

So I tried to order a large stuffed crust pizza with one side bbq chicken and the other side meat lovers and the lady working tonight denied to make the pizza so I called corporate and they said they are supposed to make the kind of pizza I want so the lady working tonight lied
