I was going to leave a sympathetic review because they seem to never have drivers to deliver. After reading the other reviews, I don't want a half hearted reply saying to email you with more details. That seems to be the main response to negative experiences on your Google reviews. How about I don't email you and just be done with pizza Hut. I was a loyal customer for well over a decade and now I'm ordering pizza king. They always make an order workout and the food is inuch better hands and you feel like you're being taken care of with your order. I'm done with pizza hut shiftiness and sub par pizza. I'm not sorry y'all lost a regular. How about corporate learn how to run a pizza joint. That way you can pass it onto the franchises. Or keep trying to collect a carefree check while people eventually turn elsewhere. I only choose pizza Hut because of the delivery option. Rensselaer delivery is shotty at best. When I lived Monticello, pizza Hut was top notch! Step up your game or fall behind.

We were in town for a wedding and were excited to see a retro Pizza Hut. It brought back many memories of going to Pizza Hut as a kid. The service was friendly and the pizza was great and reasonably priced.

I ordered a home pizza and it came out that it was already arriving and I waited from 8:21 until 9:40 and every now and then the waiting time goes up more

This Pizza hut has good service and the food tastes like it should but the prices are well outside regionally competitive norms. $30 and some change for a large, 3 topping stuffed crust pizza is just very high in my opinion. You can get a large kitchen sink pizza from J&Js for literally 2 dollars more. The food value just isn't there.

So I tried to order a large stuffed crust pizza with one side bbq chicken and the other side meat lovers and the lady working tonight denied to make the pizza so I called corporate and they said they are supposed to make the kind of pizza I want so the lady working tonight lied
I really hate negative reviews. But I really want to put this out there. We had the worst food I've had in years from pizza hut. Wings were undercooked covered in hair. Yes hair. One strand i get happens hut I mean several. Sauce was clumpy and not mixed with the wings but on the bottom of the container. It looked so gross. We threw them away. We attempted to eat the pizza even though it was pretty brown and over cooked. Once again someone is seriously shedding. 5 strands of hair in one piece. To the trash it went. The sauce tasted metallic almost soapy dish water. Not good. Breadsticks appeared normal but I'll be honest we burned $34. I will never go back and I really don't know if any of our stomachs will be able to handle eating at any pizza hut. Sad to see it go downhill. We did call the manager and let him know but this is days later and I'm still sick to my stomach.

Have not eaten there in awhile so we figured we would try in. There was only 2 other couples in there. Once we got in there it was hot. No air conditioning. I ordered the chicken bacon melt. Was burnt, salt and hard. The ranch dressing was warm. We also had the salad bar. The broccoli and cauliflower were brown, the lettuce and tomatos were warm. The ranch dressing didn't taste great like it was spoiled. The only good thing was the drink. My boyfriend got the personal pizza, it was fine. Will never go back again. And the price we paid was not worth it. About $40 for 2 people.
