Better than I remember Pizza Hut being in a long time. The food came out piping hot, and the service was great.

We were the only family dining in, which was great. We had the Chicken Parmesan pizza, garlic bread with cheese and garlic Parm boneless wings.Kid-friendliness: My granddaughter was given a page to color with crayons. She loved it.

There allot of pizza huts and I must say it's usually low on my preference list. But this particular establishment has the best service completion time and food quality. Hand tossed pepperoni in my opinion is the best way to

I was upset that we were there at 7:45 and they had already taken the salad bar down. So, I didn't eat.

I'm not one to eat at chain restaurants but when given options to my best friend for his birthday dinner this is what he chose so Pizza Hut it was! He lives in Chicago and I live in Indy. Rensselaer is our halfway point! We decided to meet last minute and celebrate, and celebrate we did! The staff, especially our amazing server, Gwen, went over the top for us! We are told her it was Kyle's birthday and she made it so wonderful! She had the other staff members come out and sing, they made sure the pizza was top notch with toppings, they all signed a pizza box with a giant brownie inside for our comped dessert. It's a birthday we will remember forever! For it's not the place that make the celebration, it's the people! We will be back to our much loved Rensselaer and of course will make a stop at the Pizza Hut! It's definitely something to see! It is a vintage Pizza Hut!

Nothing ever turns out the way you order it. Before giving food to customers maybe tell them you don’t have said items and let them choose something else or leave instead of bringing them something they don’t want and expecting them to still pay for it.

Only 1 waitress, but she was wonderful, held herself together, great service even as the dining room quickly filled to capacity !!
Had good pizza here before, but last night a stale pizza that was flat and tasteless.

Went to order pizza tonight. Order placed took my money. Then, 20 minutes later, they canceled it. They did refund my money back to me. But still would have been nice to know

You’d think in a small town like Rensselaer that the locals would know where the county fairgrounds is that is right outside of town…but not neither the kid who answered the phone or the delivery driver seemed to be aware of the huge fairgrounds….pizza took 45 minutes longer than we were told and was cold…even for $26 it was a rip off
