Don't waste your money on the steak burrito. The cook is blind and forgot to put steak in it. And the steak that was in it like 4 small pieces were only at the top lmao. Crazy

Came in late on a mobile order. Walked into the lobby. Food took 15 extra minutes, most of it was messed up and ended up giving us a bad stomach ache and I ended up looking like the bathroom scene in dumb and dumber. I know a lot of people say that TacoBell does that, but normally it's pretty good for us. Not coming back.

Nothing like someone painting over where food is prepared to ruin your Friday. Threw my food away and will not be returning to my road trip stop. Staff just watched and didn’t say anything or throw out food.

We waited 20 minutes for food.. the employees had NO sense of speed or even a personality honestly. Didn’t acknowledge our wait time or anything. Half our food was cold. Chalupas were hard because they sat out for so long.

Please get more/better help at this Taco Bell. I think the guy in there was working alone. We had 3 online orders and he made us pick 1 up at a time and then drive around the building to get the next one. We repeated this process for the third order. I think if the guy would've just had a little more help our experience would have been better.
Way too expensive and extremely slow 15 mins for waiting to get my food it ridiculous This is not fast food. I could go to the grocery store and have made my meal by this time. Haven’t gotten way more food. This is a joke. I’m not gonna come back here anymore. I used to come here all the time.

Stopped on the road to use the restroom and grab food. After using the restroom I went to wash my hands and discovered there was no soap container, not just no soap, there was no container to hold the soap. So if I can't wash my hands how do the employees so I just decided to keep driving.
