The price is alright for a bagel shop. The nova lox begal I usually get it good little tuff. However my wife always gets a begal with cream cheese and the amount of cream cheese is the equivalent of just wiping the knife off, it is always disappointing when I have to ask for a side cup every time.

Okay, so I really like this place. Vibe is good, nice staff, good food. I just have one question. They say they toast all of their bagels, but if I don’t ask for it extra toasted it comes out just barely warm. Is that how MOST people want their bagels toasted? Extra toasted is still barely toasted. I guess I’ll do my best not to forget to ask in the future.

The hot chocolate wasn't bad. Small town feel. Big bagels. This got a maple bagel with blueberry cream cheese. They toasted it without asking me. Which is fine. The maple flavor was almost too mild to taste, and the blueberry cream cheese was also very mild. Parking is interesting in richmond indiana
They were so nice! They made my bagel platter for work last minute and it looks so pretty. They were delicious!!!

The bagels are great but they are so slow. Every time I go in the morning I end up being late for work (no matter how much time I give them). Also, they were out of the only non flavored coffee they offer and were irritated when I requested them to make more.
