I think our waitress hasn't been at it very long as she wasn't very attentive. I'll bet she improves worth time. The food was pretty good, but I prefer other chicken fried steaks. The price is high, but about what you'd expect in the current environment.

Whenever we are in Ohio I always asked my husband to take me to Bob Evans. I love the food and the ambiance. The farmers choice is always my favorite. My husband loves their biscuits with sausage . I wish there will be here in Maine.

Waited 20 min to be seated with no one waiting in the lobby and told there was no wait time. Wairf another 8 minutes for order to be taken and another 55 minutes for our food. The food came out separately so the kids were done before ours arrived. Egg dishes were not hot as if they were sitting as the other food was being cooked. Server did not check on us so we had to ask another for extra napkins and drink refills. We went to Bob Evans to celebrate a baseball win and gave the player his choice of restaurants.

Couldn’t order what was advertised online and had to order it online. Mac n cheese and mashed potatoes had no flavor. Limited gravy. Very skimpy meal for the price you pay

They mess up delivery order EVERY time and refuse to re-deliver and only offer a credit that can only be redeemed in the restaurant. The managers are unapologetic and don’t seem to care about customer retention.

The Mrs and I absolutely love going to the Richmond Bob evans. Everybody is usually super friendly. Rhonda Swallows is the best! She is always smiling, upbeat and cheery! Bob Evans coffee is the best! That's the main reason I like going there. Always get bags of coffee at Bob evans for the house.
