I've tried 50 other Bob Evans in the region and this one obviously has a hard time staffing appropriate number of people. 27 minutes for eggs and sausage and toast. Toast was hard like it was toasted twice. Eggs over easy were eggs over hard. No soap in the men's room. I even used to work at Bob Evans. I don't recommend you going to this location.

waitress was rude and condescending, food was disgusting! hashbrowns way undercooked and when i say undercooked i mean raw! country fried steak looked fresh out of the microwave! forgot why I stopped coming here.. now I've remembered.

I grew up eating at Bob Evans over at the Muncie location when i was a kid in the 90s and I remembered it being amazing....the Richmond location in 2024 is a HUGE LET DOWN!!! Thank goodness the food was at least tasty cause the service here sucks so bad!!! I will NEVER eat here again just due to the piss poor service they have here. It's like high school cliques hanging out and once you get your food you're lucky to see staff again. Took forever to get seated, even longer to get a waitress to the table to tale our order, and EVEN LONGER to get the dang food!!! If it wasn't so late and I wasn't so hungry, I would have left sooner than I did. I'm EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!!

I was so looking forward to a Bob Evans breakfast on a trip back to Ohio. Very disappointed. Coffee was tepid, biscuits were rock hard, service was awful. Don't visit this one

Good food. Waitress was terrible. Ask 3 times for refill of coffee. Had to get a bit snippy to get a response. This happens every time we go there and get this waitress. You don't like your job? Quit! We won't be back again. No use complaining to management. Read other post here. Same answer. "We are sorry...." well DO something about it

We were told that we would have a 10 minute wait even though we were meeting a party there that was alreadyseated. We waited for 20 minutes and were not seated. We left never coming back.
