Total opposite of fast food. Had to wait 15 minutes ordering inside. Order was correct but ran out of zesty sauce for onion rings.

Sitting at the drive thru window listening to the manager Jacob cuss out the drive thru lady is ridiculous and extremely. unprofessional. If your manager is not equipped to handle a situation professionally then Get better management. The franchise owner should be extremely embarrassed!! 4 star on service solely because of her being friendly and handling the situation like a champ!

The workers did a great job, but I do not like the automated service. Human interaction is a very important aspect to customer service. By having somebody there to actually talk to makes the experience better. Also I'm worried about the cashier who once held this job that has now been removed. What's next, customers have to start making the food themselves. Obviously, I am being sarcastic when I say about the customer make their own food. But in all seriousness, it seems as though your company cares more about building profits and eliminating employees than it does about the overall satisfaction of your customers. While I was there I witnessed one customer walk out due to a fact that has automated service.

I went through the drive through waited 20 minutes to pick up an online order, they said they couldn’t find it. I went in and my food was in a corner and they didn’t even know what my drinks were. My food was cold and old. My strawberry shake wasn’t even a strawberry shake. Worker does not care about her job or the paying customers. The McDonald’s down the street is more worth your time.
Parking: Drive through blocks parking, dine in customers cannot back up out of their spots.

You're going to waste a minimum of 20 minutes in the drive through. Even if there's only a couple cars. You'll get faster service at a sit down restaurant.

I went there today spent good money for them to give me a warm soda no ice also flat my food looked tossed in the bad like I was a nuisance amd they lady that gave me the food about dropped it handing to me cause she wanted us to grab it faster??? Overall I'm pregnant and super pissed and my husband called and they weren't going to fix it it was at 10:30ish 1-20-25 beware they suck!
