Me and my boyfriend both love Chick-fil-A, and usually the longest we’ll wait in a Chick-fil-A drive thru is 10 minutes but we were in the drive thru line for 45 minutes, the lady working outside wasn’t enthusiastic whatsoever, and every 5 minutes a car would be taken. When we got to the the end of the drive thru to get our food my boyfriend’s food was cold. After such a long wait that was ridiculous. I really hope y’all will try to do better for the guests.

Worst Chick-fil-A experience ever. We had to drive through the IHOP parking lot to get to the drive-thru. The drive-through lane was blocking the app order lane. The exit lane did not allow for you to get out into traffic because it's being blocked by the intersection. The food's good. Kind of crazy that I have to spend $8 for a sandwich.

I have gone twice now and without fail I have been missing at least 1 item in my order each time. This time I paid for Mac n cheese and simply didn't get it. The first time I was missing a large order of fries.

***WARNING***
If you are on the road and come here to Google maps to check the hours, they are at best confusing and at worst completely wrong. They are NOT (completely) open until 10. And take out does NOT end at 9. It is the exact opposite. They are (completely) open until 9 and you can use the drive through for take out until 10.
Also, be prepared to fight a confusing parking area. Figuring out how to get to the drive through was like a maze, so if it's close to 10 after an already frustrating day on the road, don't expect to find things easy when you get here.
So disappointed to finally get the food and end up with dry, over cooked chicken sandwiches which took forever. No fries; macaroni and cheese (yikes) instead. Stay away from there between 9-10.
I never write reviews but I have to write one today!! I really didn't need another reason to love Chick-fil-A but I was so impressed today and thankful! Today was only my 2nd time being there since the opening.. not only was the young lady who took my order amazing.. but while I was waiting on my food another young lady was bringing up an iced coffee for another customer. I asked her if they were good I hadn't had a chance to try one yet of course she said yes they were very good. Then she asked me what my favorite was. I told her vanilla as she was walking back to the kitchen..As I was getting my food the same young lady showed back up with a free VANILLA ICED COFFEE!!! It completely made my day. I really wish I would have gotten her name so I could tell management how amazing she was!!! And she made it perfectly!! It was so good!! 💜

The food is excellent; however, the drive-thru speed consistently falls short of expectations. There tends to be a noticeable lack of urgency, resulting in wait times of 20–30 minutes. The experience is closer to what you’d expect at a typical fast-food drive-thru rather than the efficiency usually associated with Chick-fil-A.
