Worst Chick-fil-A experience ever. We had to drive through the IHOP parking lot to get to the drive-thru. The drive-through lane was blocking the app order lane. The exit lane did not allow for you to get out into traffic because it's being blocked by the intersection. The food's good. Kind of crazy that I have to spend $8 for a sandwich.

I never write reviews but I have to write one today!! I really didn't need another reason to love Chick-fil-A but I was so impressed today and thankful! Today was only my 2nd time being there since the opening.. not only was the young lady who took my order amazing.. but while I was waiting on my food another young lady was bringing up an iced coffee for another customer. I asked her if they were good I hadn't had a chance to try one yet of course she said yes they were...

Love the nuggets and waffle fries, being a new store working on service. But it's going to get better, welcome to richmond. Need a better exit for the cars to get out of the parking lot.
