This is a review on door dash orders from this Chili's. I must say, if you want Chili's, oder for carry out and not delivery. Chili's ALWAYS messes up the orders. You won't get your full order. Every time I have ordered from here through door dash, it has always been wrong. Dashers are not permitted to check through the bag to make sure the complete order is there either, they have to trust the employees.

Food was pretty expensive compared to similar places. Service was terrible. I had to physically go and get our waitress after many times of being walked by and ignored. We practically had to beg to get drink refills. Will not go back.

I usually love coming here and will go out of my way to come to a Chili's, but this time I told my friend and my husband how good the food is there and nothing was good. It was such a disappointment and I was very disappointed because I had rant and raved about how good this restaurant is and then it was such a disappointment!

Our waitress was great . We hadn't been there in awhile and asked her what was good her suggestion were awesome ones. We did the pick 3 which was a drink, starter, Entree. We up graded one starter to the dip trio for 3.99 which was enough for like 5 ppl some of it went home. The price was really good there was a 10.99 which included a burger and fries plus there was a 14.99 chicken quesadilla loved it and 16.99 which included a 6 oz sirloin steak. The 3 prices include more choices then mentioned... We will definitely add Chili's back to one of our fave places.

Great place to go as food is usually pretty good and service is always decent with a friendly staff. Usually have a kink here and there like no salt/pepper brought or drinks don't get refreshed quickly but overall we come back still.

Texas roadhouse had over an hour wait so we went here. The waitress was spot on. She took away empty dishes when needed and checked on us at the right moments. We both ordered ribeye and shrimp. Was cooked and seasoned to perfection! Just as good as the roadhouse. We were very happy. Will come back again. We got seated right away. Sat night around 7.

I really appreciated the friendly service, and the team was attentive throughout our visit. One thing that could improve the experience is a bit more detail on the menu, especially for the mini burgers. It would be helpful to know the ingredients upfront. Also, I noticed that the chicken was undercooked, which was a bit concerning. I’m sure this was just an oversight , but addressing it could go a long way. I’d love to return in the future and see these adjustments—thanks for the enjoyable atmosphere!
Jamie was fantastic. She was literally running from table to table and on top of it during a busy evening!! She checked on us a lot and helped us pack up when our hands were full. She was very sweet.
