I had never tried a chilli's. This restaurant offers plenty of space and a mix between bar, tables and chairs and booths. There are plenty of TVs for a sports get together depending on the season. There is a large parking lot with plenty of room. Typically not super busy. The menu has plenty of choices but note not many sea food items. I got the bacon rancho double burger and fries both were great. The portion size was surprising in a good way. I'd say for the portions it is a more than fair price point for a bite to eat. For my first experience here I was very happy with all of the combination of food service and atmosphere.

Had the amazing 3 for $10 Smashburger. A tastier and gourmet version of McDonald's Big Mac. The burger stands out for it's savory flame grilled flavor. Can't wait to go back and order another. 👍🏼

Ordered takeout through DoorDash and was told to park curbside and it would brought out to me. Got there and waited, then finally called. I’m assuming the manager picked up the phone and when I explained the situation she asked me if I was disabled or elderly. I’m sorry but it shouldn’t matter either or. I am a paying customer that paid to have curbside service. I wasn’t dressed nice enough to go inside the restaurant and I just wanted to pick it up and leave. Food tasted bad. Not coming back.

We go here multiple times a month. Good atmosphere. Always have my order right. We are so frequent, they have our drinks ready. The staff is attentive no matter how busy it gets. We can't help but keep coming back when we visit family in Richmond.

Update: This isn't a reflection of the specific Chili's. I had a great waitress and the atmosphere was fine. Chili's as a company overall has continued to decline in the quality of their food over the past few years, as has many of these types of chains. Cutting costs has resulted in poor food quality. Just about anything I can find on the menu tastes like something purchased from the Freezer section at Kroger. Its fine, at best, something I could prepare at home only at twice the expense. It used to be a nice place to eat, good food that felt 'made' not just warmed up, but anymore, it just seems like everything is precooked and processed.
