Excellent dinner. The chicken was light and crispy, ribs seasoned great, sides were awesome and the steak was cooked perfectly. First time I can recall that I've not had to salt or pepper my food at a restaurant, seasoning was A+. Our server Chris was very polite and helpful without crowding over us. Will definitely return.

Have came to this place over the years for the best and biggest rack of baby back ribs. Ate here tonight and the full rack of baby back ribs isn't even half the size it used to be! The meat also used to just be so tender it fell right off the rib bones.....No longer! Not to mention they were completely out of one of their main sides, the white cheddar mac n cheese! All of this inconvenience for a $80 bill!! I could have went to a couple different places for much better service/food for $20-$30 cheaper.Extremely disappointed!

I had the Philly cheesesteak. They use cheese sauce instead of cheese. This made it so wet and sloppy that it was inedible. The fries were stale. It was obvious they microwaved the sandwich. I could have gotten better food at McDonald’s for less money. The floors were dirty had food droppings everywhere. My server was nice and did a good job.
Overall exactly what I expect from Chilis. Nothing fancy and same flavors across the country. After my bad experience at a local Mexican place, I had to go to a chain restaurant.

Terrible experience! Ordered and waited 30 minutes before being told our order was messed up and waited another 10-15... for chicken critters and a quesadilla! We watched all the tables that sat after us get their food and start eating. When our food finally arrived the chicken was cold and they forgot our sides. To top it off, we found beard hair in the sauce cup!I'm normally a very understanding person, but too many things went wrong that we ended up just grossed out.Our waitress was very nice but the rest of the place needs some help.
