I placed a pickup order and when I returned home- which is a 25 minute drive, I opened the bag to see a bowl with the entirely wrong name on the lid, and both contents of the two bowls were not what we ordered or matched what the sticker tag said on the lid. Customer service was helpful but this is out of hand and ridiculous. There was also part of the peel and pit of an avocado in our guacamole. This store needs a quality check- make sure to check your food before you leave and go 25 minutes home.

I LOVE THIS PLACE. Chipotle is one of my favorite restaurants and always will be. The food is a little pricey, but it is totally worth it. You get a pretty big bowl filled to the top with tons of protein and veggies. The chips are a little stale tasting but besides that the food is absolutely delicious and I would 100% come back.

Great place, but try to avoid it during lunch hour it was a mad house, walked in, saw the massive line, walked out, and used the mobile app it was A LOT faster!!!!

This was so bad. Dark gauc at 12 pm. I asked for steak tacos cheese lettuce and they put corn sour cream and the dark gauc.
This chain has continued to go down hill; doesn't really matter who the owner is anymore. Chipotle just can't handle the food service business. No napkins, no rice, no lettuce, no meat, soda machine in disrepair, tables dirty, I could go on with more. Very disappointing :(

I love the food there but I went in about 7:00 pm on a Thursday, and there was basically one person working the front. A cashier was at register, but apparently, she couldn't do anything but run register. I waited 20 minutes to get up to the counter for my order, and people behind me were lined up to the door. I felt kind of sorry for the workers because it's obvious they could use more hands-on help. But, the busier they got, there was no sense of urgency whatsoever. C'mon Chipotle, hire some help for the dinnertime rush or hire people who can at least pretend they're waiting on hungry customers who need to get home to their families after a hard work day.
