When ordering I ordered a chicken bowl which was made wrong I wanted brown rice and they give me white rice. and it was supposed to be a steak burrito instead they made a chicken bowl another because they had their music up so loud, they cannot hear their customers of what they were ordering. The chicken was ice cold. I was there at 7:45 pm and they did not give me my receipt

I placed an got the notification that it would be delivered in 20 minutes. An hour goes by and 2 different door dashers have waited for my food for it not to be ready. Then my order gets CANCELLED after an hour wait and 2 dashers wasting their time. Tried calling but you can’t speak to anyone on the phone. Made a complaint with the chat bot. I’m sure the kids that work in the evening just were too lazy to make it since they always look too bothered and annoyed when anyone comes in for food.

Just a lovely interaction. Both front workers were kind, jovial, and just normal. Food was delicious. All over just a nice interaction, which feels kinda rare anymore. Will return.

The store was the new one on Chester Boulevard and Richmond, Indiana it was only 845 and they were out of brown rice and said they wasn’t gonna make anymore. It takes too long. They also was out of chips. and pico and had bad attitudes regarding why they wasn’t gonna make anymore. The cashier made inappropriate gestures regarding the receipt and the other girl said it wasn’t her shift. She wasn’t worried about it. The bathrooms was also pretty bad no paper towels, trashcan, overflowing, and it seems like there’s a lot of plan going on behind the counter and I also witnessed the girl picking up a receipt off the floor and not changing out her gloves poor excuse for employees

Only the brisket gets 5 stars, service was crappy when the girl cutting the meat wanted to take her sweet time and complain that people were watching her cut the brisket. Just for a guy to say they always stare. You're out front, expect it. Especially when you’re taking your time and going to have an attitude all the while. Another guy comes up and takes half the pot for one bowl then is told that they were low on brisket again. Her repsonse “damn, already?” Yeah when dude comes up and takes two big scoops for one bowl and a big glop for another. Complain, fine, but dont get any type of way when you want to be slow as all get out.

Staff is young, understaffed, and no one on the current staff takes initiative. Line is out the door and there’s one person serving food, 3 others standing around. If managers are curious about the employees. This was written in Chipotle on 10-2-24, visited at 7:14pm.
