The management at this Chipotle is honestly unacceptable. The manager, Duncan, is very young himself, yet speaks to the mostly teenage employees in a rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional way. I’ve personally seen him raise his voice at staff right in front of customers, creating an uncomfortable and chaotic environment. There is absolutely no reason for a manager to treat young workers like that. Instead of offering guidance or support, he chooses to belittle and embarrass them publicly. It’s unprofessional, unnecessary, and reflects terribly on this location.
Chipotle seriously needs to look into the management here, because this behavior is not leadership — it’s a problem that needs to be addressed.

The food was great (and that's what's really important)! The staff was friendly, but not remarkably so. The atmosphere at Chipotle is mostly consistent no matter which restaurant I've been in. When rating atmosphere, I feel like I'm mostly rating cleanliness at a fast food place. Overall, the restaurant looked pretty good, some attention needed to be paid at the drink station, which was looking kind of rough.

I placed a pickup order and when I returned home- which is a 25 minute drive, I opened the bag to see a bowl with the entirely wrong name on the lid, and both contents of the two bowls were not what we ordered or matched what the sticker tag said on the lid. Customer service was helpful but this is out of hand and ridiculous. There was also part of the peel and pit of an avocado in our guacamole. This store needs a quality check- make sure to check your food before you leave and go 25 minutes home.

I LOVE THIS PLACE. Chipotle is one of my favorite restaurants and always will be. The food is a little pricey, but it is totally worth it. You get a pretty big bowl filled to the top with tons of protein and veggies. The chips are a little stale tasting but besides that the food is absolutely delicious and I would 100% come back.
Skimps on meat bad. Not worth even half the price.
