i have relied on this particular Chipotle for lunch most days since it's opening, and now the quality has hit such a low i have to say goodbye. no one wants mean customer service, and no one deserves a soupy burrito.

January 17, 2026-I came here after visiting a friend in the hospital, and it was nearby. I normally go to the east side Chipotle. This one opened a year ago, and I never have been to it. I have read it wasn't clean, or the employees were not very nice, so I didn't know what to expect. I went in, and it was mobbed. The IU Kokomo basketball team were in there eating supper, and it was packed! They don't have very big seating, so I wasn't sure I was going to get a seat. I had a nice girl take my order. I ordered a Burrito Bowl with Chicken, Pinto Beans, Brown Rice, Guacamole, Cheese, and Fajita Veggies, Chipotle Chips and Guacamole, and a Medium Coke Zero. My food was just as delicious as the other Chipotle. Once the basketball team cleared out, I was able to get a seat, but not very people came in after that. I will also mention the decor was great. I would think on a Saturday night, more people would be coming in.

Small portion sizes, food does not look fresh, unkempt service area, poor customer service. Food is just okay, and for the price you pay and expect from Chipotle, should be above average. It's worth the extra time to drive to the east side location for better service, fresher food, and good portion sizes.

Wish I could rate zero. The worst experience I’ve ever had at a chipotle if not any quick service restaurant that I’ve been to. I was there Wednesday January 7th at around 8:30 pm. I walked in and all the ladies that were working mean mugged me until I reached the counter. The food was extremely dry I and low quality. I mean this meat just looked freeze dried. Chicken looked like the lesser of all evils so that’s what I opted for. The lady sunk the spoon to the bottom to get the chicken that had any chance of survival out of the pan. This would be probably the nicest gesture of service these employees have done all day.My wife had just given birth at Reid and this is the “special” meal she wanted after. I paid for double meat on two bowls and received what looked like half a regular portion. The woman making it made sure to shake off what she must have felt was an extra scrap of chicken from the serving spoon. Then waited to tell me that they were out of lettuce (the last item they ask if you want so it was too late and I felt obligated to not waste food) which in the end is nearly half the product volume typically. I had seen an employee open a fridge in the back and it had lettuce in it so it seemed the staff were too lazy or incompetent to perform their job.Not to mention the staff were extremely impolite and acted like “mean girls” as if they were above their customers. Whoever trained or manages these people needs to be retrained or let go, truly. The food, staff and the management… disappointments. They should be ashamed but I’m sure they don’t care anyway.

Gave me 5 burnt pieces of carne asada steak for my bowl this place is soo inconsistent it pisses me off. I don’t order double protein from here anymore because I know they just gonna add one more piece and it be the amount of just a normal meal. Also online orders they put way less it’s not even funny

Update: I gave this restaurant another chance and they failed again. they refused to give the normal portion of food. I will never return.

This is horrible because I love chipotle! The place is dirty and the portions are super small. Half the bowls empty on a burrito bowl. A single small scoop of rice as if they were feeding the poor. Crazy! I also noticed 3.4 stars… Not good! Where’s the owner?

Lady I spoke to was very kind when picking up online order. Besides that, the burrito I received was very cold despite picking it up right in time and the large chips I ordered were stale and/or chewy. Big waste of money and disappointing. Also, Tacos I ordered online through door dash were kind of gross and the guac was visibly old and did not taste very good. I recommend avoiding this location and just going to the chipotle on National Rd as the chips I've ordered were never stale, the food was always at least pretty warm and the guac was always fresh!
UPDATE: Got mild food poisoning from their tacos a couple of weeks ago. Woke up with my body in pain and felt weak all of a sudden the morning after eating the tacos lol, definitely avoid this location if you value your health! (I'm vegetarian too so this wasn't even contaminated meat or something that got me sick, who knows what it was 🤔)

Charged me for chips and separate 3 sides! They rang it up as expensive as possible will not be back to this location. Make sure you check your receipt and say what you exactly right so you don't get overcharged.

This location sucks. I live on this side of town so it’s very tempting to just get the food from this Chipotle but I regret it every time. The employees act like the food is coming straight out of their paycheck. They hardly put anything in my tacos the other day and it’s hit or miss whether you’ll get a decent bowl or not. You’re spending too much money to take a chance on whether they’ll give you your money’s worth. Save yourself the trouble and disappointment and go to the one on National Road, it’s 100x better!

My family loves chipotle we eat it atleast 2x a week. This location is below average- the attitudes are miserable- very unpleasant- Lord for bid we want fresh steak. We came @4:45 on Sunday 14th- the steak was extremely dry looked and tasted like beef jerky. The cook and manager got irritated that a customer asked for fresh to be made- customer stated they would wait.

While we were sitting in the dinning area- the girl with purple hair was talking badly about the customer that wanted double steak- Then after the customer left the manager on duty and the cook and the line worker were all talking loudly and aggressively about the customer.

Then the cook that is a male with black rimmed glasses and dark hair was eating out in the open in the pack line with the same gloves on that he had just cooked the steak with.

This location is a joke! I tried to order a quesadilla and was told I couldn’t because it’s online only. Then they said well you can but had to wait on the online person because they were busy. Mind you there were three other employees doing nothing at all with no customers. Then your person on the grill made a rude comment to me. I will never return to this location. You should be able to order a quesadilla!!!
