Absolutely filthy. Next time you're here, turn your phone's flashlight on the floor of the bus; you'll be amazed nothing but stains and grime. foods is expensive, typical for Pizza King, but is decent. Wish this were cleaner, and on a better side of town.

Great find! Had visited family in the area and we had the need for pizza - Clara's came up in the Google search for nearby places. The atmosphere is certainly eye-catching - a trolley car inside with seating, old time items hanging about, stained glass pieces - stunning! We had an attentive server (Tralaina - hope I spelled her name right) - she was very friendly and outgoing, she washed to make sure we had a great experience, even more after we said it was our first time in. We ordered a pizza and the Big Sir sub - both were cooked perfectly and packed with ingredients and flavor.
The only thing that would have been a bit more helpful was their ordering system, when you dine in they want you to use a phone on the table to call back to the kitchen. Honestly, I thought it was a part of the decor but the staff did come by to ask if we had ordered yet and explained the phone at the table. But Tralaina then came by and took our order. Maybe a sign on the way in when sitting down to help new customers of the phone system. But we'll be back the next time we're in the area - it's a great gem!

Traylaina is AMAZING!!! She was such a sweet soul that was so bright and smiley. I loved her personality and hospitality. We came for a visit with family and stopped for food here and she will definitely have us returning for more!!!

Very original decor. Has an old fashioned school bus inside the restaurant that you can sit in and enjoy a meal. You call in your order from a dialysis type phone on the table when you're ready to order. Incredible food especially the pizza and pasta. I love the chicken sub and their bread sticks. Service is excellent.

20 minute wait time no big deal. 45 minutes later, I had to ask for my pizza and breadsticks that had been sitting on the oven for 15 minutes. The fellow sitting next to me, was not too happy either. Terrible rude service

We were visiting Richmond, and found Clara's for dinner. This place is so cute! The food and service were very good, but what stood out was the atmosphere. There is so much to look at. The pictures and wall decorations, plus all kinds of stuff hanging from the ceiling. They even have porch swings as seats in a couple of the tables on the upper floor. The next time we are in Richmond, we would definitely go back!

My sisters, niece and I were very pleased with our waitress and the manager. Even though it was a little late and they were having some difficulty in the kitchen, they kept us updated and checked on us often and were 2 of the sweetest ladies even after a long crazy night. Tralaina and Bobby Jean were great! And our pizza was amazing! Thank you ladies! 💕
