Only saw the waiter twice. Phones from the tables to order with took forever to get answered and we discovered they took the phones off the hook on their side so they couldn't receive calls. Everytime we went to order something to go they kept walking away. This is not the Claire's I used to know.
Favorite place to eat!! We drive over an hour to get there and we go once a week. Food is always good.
The only negative thing is the manager has been loud and you can hear her yelling at the employees - this has happened several times not sure how they keep any employees
