Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Very friendly service! Nice hot food. We were staying in the area and came one night. We weren't too thrilled with our service as she didn't seem to care to serve. Came again tonight and had Deborah, a different waitress. She was awesome! The was patient and thoughtful in her service. Very friendly. Ask for her and you won't be disappointed!

Was there on Thursday night and the meatloaf had changed was not good. Will not order our favorite meal on the menu again. The rest of our meal was delicious as always.

It was a good 1/2 hour after we placed our order before we got our food. Everyone around us that didn't already have their food was like us just waiting. We were not advised that there was a problem getting out the orders. We did not receive any bread while we were waiting. An explanation to your customers about what was going on would have been a good idea. Had we been advised that there was a problem in the kitchen we would have had the choice of staying or leaving. Was very disappointed in Cracker Barrel management.

The first item I ordered Cheddar Broccoli Chicken, wasn't available. I ended up ordering chicken and dumplings and mashed potatoes. The mashed potatoes were cold and the biscuits were under baked.

Hands down to Ben that worked this evening only been employed a week was the absolute best server I've had at cracker barrel he went way above and beyond serving me and my mom this evening having dinner hope some workers there will learn from him what an incredible attitude smile and great personality is to have will request for him from here on out please let Ben know he is awesome!!!
