NEW UPDATE. I was give a free meal to try them again. My waitress NATALIE was great. I could not have asked for better service. Not sure if they did some training, but I will go in again. The next time i will ask to be at a table waited on by NATALIE. ===> I have stopped here more than once. The Food is OK what you expect, but the service is terrible. It is management. They do not tell the waiters what table to wait on, and let them stand around just inside the kitchen taking

If this had been my first experience eating at Cracker Barrel . I wouldn't be back, and if my wife's food wasn't kinda edible, I would have gone back and got my money back for the first time in my life. The chicken campsite meal was probably from lunchtime, opened it up, and everything was black from over cooked.The The outer edges of my wifes meatloaf were burnt so bad you couldn't even chue it up to eat it. I love Cracker Barrel. I will make sure to open up the meal before I leave next time.very disappointed.

Worst cracker barrel ever! Portion was about half the size as normal and no gravy on the mash potatoes. Manager told me thats how its supposed to be, what a joke. Then I asked for brown gravy and got white gravy. Biscuits were cold and everyone was rude. I'll never be back and I recommend that everyone eats somewhere else!

He did not ever recall getting a bad breakfast at cracker barrel but we did on that day. Over easy eggs were not cooked. Bacon was limp. Pancakes for not as good as usual. Took a long time to get food. Richmond Indiana location on a Saturday morning.

We had a party of 7. Everyone’s food was great. We eat at a lot of CB’s. But this location was a 10 on quality of food! Highly recommend!!
