Domino's Pizza in Richmond

“They went ABOVE and BEYOND for my family during a power outage. They called an hour after I placed my order and advised that unfortunately due to weather they could not deliver, and I knew that was a possibility when I ordered, I said no problem and I understand and she still apologized numerous times. TWO hours later a delivery driver from a whole different store pulled into my drive way and said they transferred my order for me. We are without power and because of dominos my family can eat a hot meal. I appreciate you and the west side store so much for doing way more than you needed to.“

“Ordered delivery quite late at night, but decided to go ahead and pick up the order instead. Audrey went above and beyond with customer service and overall helpfulness! Especially considering how late it was. Food was hot and fresh upon pickup and tasted excellent.“
