I ordered pizza in person and the person who was taking the order was so confused and did not even know how to inform the prices and options to customer. At the end, pizza was worst thin crust pizza with missing toppings as expected. Dominos here has worst dipping sauce options. They sale dipping sauce container which is half filled and not tasty. Never go to Dominos again. Thank you.

Waited over an hour and a half after placing an order online and the food still hadn't left the store. Don't bother ordering delivery. You probably won't get it. Canceled the order. Hoping they refund my money.

Ordered delivery quite late at night, but decided to go ahead and pick up the order instead. Audrey went above and beyond with customer service and overall helpfulness! Especially considering how late it was. Food was hot and fresh upon pickup and tasted excellent.

This was the best pizza my family and I have ate in awhile. It's so nice to bite into fresh toppings each bite. You can tell they value their job, as you can taste it in the pizza! Stephanie the manager is a doll and such a pleasure to talk to! Please give this store a raise because they all deserve it. Also the parmesan bites were a huge hit with our family! Thank you for making our move stress free with an amazing lunch that put everyone in the best mood! I could go on and on.. we will definitely be back!
My brother ordered a couple of pizzas and provided the driver with directions to our house since some people find it difficult to find. The app said it was delivered but we didn’t receive the pizzas. My brother called the store and asked about the pizzas and the employees were rude and hung up on him multiple times when he was just trying to get his pizzas. As someone that works in fast food, this is a terrible way to deal with a mess up, please find better employees that consider their customers.

**HIGHLY RECOMMEND!** I'm not sure if they have hired new employees recently, but EVERY SINGLE PIZZA we've ordered over the past 3 months has been PERFECT!! Hot, fresh, meat & veggies are spot on, and even though we order specific ways vs off their traditional menu, they've NAILED IT every single time.I LOVE being able to call and compliment them on the amazing job they're doing, especially considering that too many people call in to get free pizzas over trivial issues. WAY TO GO, EASTSIDE! Y'ALL ARE KILLING IT!!?????????
