I went to place and they say they are open to 7am to 3pm to monday and Friday and they are not even open when I went there Friday at almost noon

Got a bacon egg and cheese on jalapeno bagel, very nice! The staff was very helpful and friendly. Great place for a quick breakfast or lunch!

We hired Downtown Deli to cater our stepmoms retirement party and they went above and beyond. Cathy and her team were on time, the food presentation was very impressive and everyone complimented on how good everything was. Cathy worked with us on the food we wanted and made the whole process seamless. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing catering service.

I was in need of a quick bite and downtown deli delivered. They had sandwiches, salads, and sides ready to go which was perfect because I did not have much time. I had the tandem sandwich and it was awesome! I will definitely stop back in again.

Amazing service, amazing food, amazing atmosphere! Prices are very affordable & the food is so so yummy! I absolutely love the Blues BLT, they are my favorite & theirs is the best is town (i dont get the egg that comes on it) Biscuit & gravy is very good as well & i normally dont like b&g from most places. The Belgian waffle sandwhich is so, so good!!! Almost everything Ive tried has been very yummy! Must try if you live in Richmond or are visiting. They have a front and back entrance!

I had a grilled cheese for lunch today and it was fresh and delicious. Now, before you think you can’t go wrong on a grilled cheese..trust me you can!! 💯 recommend!!! And the Coke Zero was crispy… if you know you know!

I was given the name of Downtown Deli to cater my father's celebration of life. The food was delicious, especially the chicken salad and pasta salad. Cathy and her staff were wonderful to deal with and I definitely recommend them.

Great little coffee shop and breakfast location in downtown Richmond! I highly recommend the Belgian Waffle Sandwich!! Loved the experience and the food there!

Their catering service is excellent. Cathy and Anne have excellent attention to detail, their follow-up is good. The pricing is very fair and we will definitely use them again for other events.
