Amazing service, amazing food, amazing atmosphere! Prices are very affordable & the food is so so yummy! I absolutely love the Blues BLT, they are my favorite & theirs is the best is town (i dont get the egg that comes on it) Biscuit & gravy is very good as well & i normally dont like b&g from most places. The Belgian waffle sandwhich is so, so good!!! Almost everything Ive tried has been very yummy! Must try if you live in Richmond or are visiting. They have a front and back entrance!

I had a grilled cheese for lunch today and it was fresh and delicious. Now, before you think you can’t go wrong on a grilled cheese..trust me you can!! 💯 recommend!!! And the Coke Zero was crispy… if you know you know!

I was given the name of Downtown Deli to cater my father's celebration of life. The food was delicious, especially the chicken salad and pasta salad. Cathy and her staff were wonderful to deal with and I definitely recommend them.

Their catering service is excellent. Cathy and Anne have excellent attention to detail, their follow-up is good. The pricing is very fair and we will definitely use them again for other events.

We love Downtown Deli! I wish they had hours on Saturday. But other than that they are awesome! Great food. The space is adorable and cozy. Great spot in Downtown Richmond. I am so glad they are here.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had the pleasure of picking up food at Downtown Deli on Main Street in Richmond, Indiana, and I can't say enough good things about it! The food was absolutely delicious—every bite was a treat. Cathy Hillard and her fantastic crew made the experience even better with their warm hospitality and excellent service. If you're in the area, this place is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be back!

Biscuits and gravy tasted like the can. No real coffee cups for coffee. My man wasn't a fan of drinking his coffee our of a to go cup. Bacon was good. That's it.

What a blessing this new deli is to Richmond! The atmosphere is charming and friendly. Catered a Sunday luncheon for our Vestry Retreat, and it was great. Love the Waffles, the BBQ, sweet potato fries, and the potato soup!
