After a long day of hiking on the American Discovery Trail, my boyfriend and I decided to stay at the Red Roof Inn, which is right next to El Bronco. We arrived extremely thirsty and extremely hungry, and our awesome server Juan was perfectly attentive, and very friendly. Since the hotel doesn't provide breakfast, the original plan was to order extra food to go for the morning. But our burritos were so gigantic that we couldn't finish them, and we had a full serving...
food is always delicious and well worth the wait. staff is always very kind. salsa is the bomb.com, let me tell you!! fully recommend you get one of the hot & spicy burritos and add some chorizo to it!
