I love Fazolis food, everything I eat here is very delicious!!! Even though I do work here, this is my favorite place to eat and I love everybody I work with, they always have a positive attitude whenever I come into work❤️

We went thru the drive thru for a late lunch...bread sticks are so awesome but would be so so yummy with cheese sauce ( hint hint ?) I could eat the bread sticks alone as my meal and be happy they are the best the little lunch box is pretty awesome too it's the perfect size the lady gave my dog a treat he wasnt left out couple of the girls came and looked out the window at him made a fuss over him made him feel good about his day

We have gone to this restaurant along when our kids were young - they LOVED it, and it was much cleaner and nicer in upkeep. Sadly, the store is not managed well - Inside and outsi5the property is in disappointing disrepair. This place was always such a nice environment and so cozy when it first opened, but it's NOT. I know this is RICHMOND ?, but management can do better, please!

Went through drive thru. Service OK, food literaly made me sick.
Ultimate sampler, backed spaghetti, strawberry lemonade, pepperoni pizza, breadsticks, and Italian creme cake. Pizza gets a 2. Everything else was hot and excellent. Mike took the order, answered questions and brought the meal (with the "say when" cheese grater). Checked in to make sure everything was good. Based on this experience, someone forgot to tell them they are fast food.

Only had 2 staff members on arrival. I had to wait for 15 minutes to get my food, however for the money you spend on the family meal and how much it feeds it's really worth the while regardless of the headache.
