The cinnamon pull-apart bread was delicious!! and the Cookies & Cream Cheesecake??? AMAZING!!!!!!!! I will definitely be ordering again soon!

We had Fechers Panache cater my moms 75th birthday party. We had no real issues when we started. Everything seemed to run smoothly. My sisters handled the details. We asked for this and that and I knew the bill was going to be over what we had planned. I find out that the bill was twice as much as planned. Beware of the fine print. There are hidden costs. If you think you are paying $10.95 per person, think again. You pay for drinks like lemonade, coffee, and tea. There are charges for her getting the items. Watch all the fine print, unfortunately we did not. The event was surprise party and everyone was to come half an hour earlier than my mom and dad. The day of the event. The caterer called my sister and asked her to meet at the party location at 3:00 instead of 3:30. About an hour before the event was to start (6:00 pm when my mom was to get there) the caterer finally showed up--she was over two hours late. One of the guests helped carry in catering supplies--how embarrassing at a semi-formal event. We had paid for four people to serve to make the event worry free. The owner of the catering company was one of the paid workers along with three young boys. While the guests were there she "put the cake together". I was pretty impressed that she could get it all set up and ready. The food was fine: We had roast, chicken tenders, carrots, mac and cheese, salad, and dinner rolls. I was one of the first people to eat because I was going to speak first. I was disappointed that the food was not real hot. Food was fine. The cake was good and the cake pops were delicious. We had paid for them to clean up and they did a great job of that. I was disappointed in the hidden costs, having to pay over a $100 for coffee, tea, and lemonade (I would guess it costs around $10 to make--we should have supplied the drinks). I was really disappointed that she called my sister and asked her to come early at 3:00 so she could set up. Then did not come until 5:00. Everyone tried to call her, but no answer. When she got there she said she must have been in the dead zone--I was ready to order Kentucky Fried Chicken when she finally arrived. I had thought maybe she had been in an accident or something, but really did not say why she was two hours late, besides she had forgotten the napkins. All in all we had a good time at the party, but the $10.95 per person meal for 100 guests, drinks, cake, 120 cake pops, and 4 servers ended up costing $27 per person.
