What a gem in Richmond! Absolutely delicious food - especially the bread and dipping oil! My Caesar salad was crisp and well dressed. The chicken parm was delicious! Its a guaranteed stop every visit we make to Richmond.
Tell the wait staff if you or any other diners in your party are vegan as soon as you arrive. The main menu does not specify which options are vegetarian or vegan. There is a supplemental menu (photographs included) that lists vegetarian options and which ones can be made vegan.
Most vegetarian options are not vegan by default, but can be prepared vegan if a diner asks for the vegan version.
Staff are very helpful for vegan diners.
The restaurant has a very upscale ambience.
Food...
Osso bucco, red pepper cream sauce, Gorgonzola sauce, Parmesan fries, pizza, creme brulee, tiramisu (without chocolate sauce), cannoli and more are so delicious! The drinks are good too! I love that you can dress up or down. The patio seating area is very nice.
