I went in wanting the maple biscuits and they were out and the guy i wish I knew if manager or not but either way he and crew was great he just order the last of the biscuits and gave it to me for free. lady inside does not know the difference in nasville hot chicken and regular chicken. Trying to make me fool that like i never had hardees hot sandwich
We ordered tenders fries apple pies and double cheeseburgers. Nothing was fresh… fries had definitely been sitting awhile, the tenders were hard, even the cheeseburger buns were hard. There were 3 employees outside smoking while 2 were inside. This shouldn’t be acceptable. Hardee’s isn’t the cheapest fast food but has been the poorest quality lately. The apple pie were way past hard. This shouldn’t be acceptable, management needs to do a better job. Over staffed and shorting the customer

They claim it was hand breaded chicken BLT sandwich (see pics). Nothing edible about this. The toast wasn’t even toasted. How hard can it be to toast bread. The chicken was so humiliated that it left the breading. Definitely no hand breading done here. You don’t want to undercook that chicken but nobody says you can’t overcook it. Maybe an extra 15 minutes in that fryer. Perfect. It has definitely turned to leather. Asked for refund. The yet said it could take 8 days (to 10 years) to go back on my card. The strawberry shake was good. The apple turnovers were good although I don’t think they have the description correct. These are fried pies. A turnover is something altogether different. Ask Arby’s. They have apple turnovers. I’m a trucker so I had to leave my truck and walk back in for the skunk eye from Hardee’s employees. The best is well it never looks like the picture anywhere you eat. This was beyond inedible. I know Hardee’s corporate takes a lot of pride in their product and making it dummy proof to prepare. Let me tell you now you can’t make any job dummy proof. All you got to do is prepare the food well. These folks think they can prepare and cook better when they color outside the lines. Fortunately for Hardee’s they will continue to have this widespread epidemic forever. Lots of job security unless you go out of business. Gotta prepare the food correctly. I know for a fact that corporate has a book on every imaginable problem that could occur preparing this food. Maybe you should let some of this secret proprietary books out for the rest of the employees to gander at.
