Slow, too slow in fact, it shouldn't take ten minutes for the biscuit.Pictured below.The staff was nice, but on edge and moody, the food wasn't edible,I'm not sure what was wrong with the egg, but it looked like something scraped off of something else. I was not satisfied ? ?
James who I believe only works 1st shift or (morning shift) is absolutely the only reason I go to the Loves Truck Stop Hwy. 35 Hardees location in Richmond, Indiana! He is absolutely amazing at his job and really cares about providing a service to his customers! He is so sweet and truly deserves a raise! I know he works hard and deserves to be recognized for it! Thank you James for being you! ?

I ordered a five piece chicken tender large combo. The methamphetamine twins took my order. I watched them giggle like lovers at some inside joke as they proceeded to screw up multiple orders including mine. They forgot multiple customers fries and when they asked the got a small fry and a large attitude. When I got my food I was treated to the fry routine. I paid for a large and got a small. When I checked my receipt it said large five piece combo but some how I only got three tenders, I complained to no avail. The methamphetamine twins need prison and this hardees needs cleaned and re-staffed.

I order a hamburger kids meal and got a chicken sandwich meal with cheese, not kid sized either btw. And all of their drinks are watered down

The employees were all young, they were in a hurry, my sandwich had salt on and i mean a lot, the fries had too much salt and the manager didnt really care. I was driving coming back from a trip, she didnt offer a coupon, replacement or anything. Only that they now haf to salt their meat when cooked.
