I don't go to Hardee's a lot. My kids and I had lunch here between finishing up an appt for my youngest and before my husband had surgery. Staff was very friendly and the manager even brought our food to our table, which was unexpected and nice. Will definitely be back when I'm in the area.

I like the food but the mushroom and Swiss is the absolute best. However I do believe the food here is a little too expensive for fast food. The experience is always pleasant and they get our food out fast. It's just too expensive so I don't go often.

The dining room and food was great. Jimmy was great to deal with. The assistant manager( not sure of his name, a colored man wearing a beanie hat) not very customer friendly. I have been there numerous times in the past few weeks and he was not polite at all. I believe Jimmy deserves recognition for going above and beyond his duties to make us have an enjoyable experience.

Richmond indiana Hardee's both stores are very good. And the 5.99 bags is a really good value
Always heard Hardee's and Carls Jr are the same chain. Couldn't be farther from the truth. Most Carls locations are garbage, with mediocre fries and smashed burgers. Was surprised by the quality of the Hardee's burger I got. Very fresh, patty wasn't overdone, everything on the burger was tasty. Fries were pretty good too, almost tasted like McDonalds. Overall, good experience.

So, I came through around 1:47 PM. Took our order, pulled around and saw 2 employees outside smoking, i thought to myself okay who cares but then the man with the red lips tattoo on his neck was on drive thru and he called for help to the other 2 smoking near their red beater, exclaiming that he was the ONLY ONE IN THE STORE. The other 2 were slow, and seemed annoyed he had to do their job. To the man on window, who took our order, made the food, you should be in charge of that store. The whole store. The food was good, but that man on window made the expierence. And to the other 2, please do your jobs.

The problem I have shopping at Walmart is they don't keep their pet food supply stocked good enough ....and Walmart is the only store I see with dogs in the grocery carts that we have to put out food in. This is very nasty. I don't see this at any other stores . ..I don't believe all the dogs I'm seeing in Walmart are service dogs. . Even if by chance they are. They shouldn't be allowed in the carts that we put out groceries in. I'm planning on calling the health department and asking about this .
