i hate that the best Hardee's in my area is only ever deserving of a one star review. for starters, value is at a negative, because i ordered two large drinks with my order and was given two mediums. the fries i received were so cold and uncooked, they couldn't have spent more than twenty seconds in hot grease. the patty on my burger is a hard, nearly solid puck, and so are the buns. the spicy chicken was the best thing in my bag, but if i was offered this chicken sandwich or a microwavable one from the vending kiosk at my work break room, i would choose the microwaveable one 10 out of 10 times. today, the service was excellent, but normally it's like fighting with wild animals. i hope that this restaurant fails so that i don't have to keep doing this every three months, kidding myself that things are going to come around to decent quality.

Tried the new grilled cheese bacon burger was not impressed over priced over hyped for a combo at $14.50 fries greasy and cold took forever to get it once ordered thru drive thru.. napkin fail not included in to go bag no ketchup for the terribly cold fries no hurry to try the over priced burger again..

Food and service was mostly good. Meat felt a little hard like maybe over or underdone but it was good. The bathrooms however we came on the wrong day. Both smelled terrible. Great kids meals!

stopped by for a very late lunch today I was amazed. my mushroom and Swiss burger was really hot, the fries were hot and actually crispy! best fast food experience i have had, other than Culver's, since before covid. excellent job guys. thanks

Usually have great hot food but not every trip. We still love Hardee's and most of their employees are so kind and friendly.
If you like cheese sticks, Hardee's is the way to go.

I don't go to Hardee's a lot. My kids and I had lunch here between finishing up an appt for my youngest and before my husband had surgery. Staff was very friendly and the manager even brought our food to our table, which was unexpected and nice. Will definitely be back when I'm in the area.
