Stopped at this Ihop on Tuesday 01/14 at 9am. I was the only customer there at the time. The food was acceptable in quantity and preparation and the service was just OK. The pricing and facilities were terrible. I was charged $3.69 for a cup of coffee and the mens room was filthy. The urinal was apparently out of order with a plastic bag over the entire thing. Love this place. Great people and great service. They always make you feel welcome. The manager always makes it a point to stop your table to say hello and to make sure everything is good.
My experiences at the Richmond, Indiana IHOP over the past year and a half been nothing short of amazing. The staff, the cleanliness and the quality of the food are great. I usually go on “third shift” and have always been greeted promptly with a smile and a “just 1?” question ❤️. Keep up the great work folks!!! The big steak omelet and pancakes are highly recommended.
