I went to the Richmond Indiana Ihop. I had a server by the name of Stephon ( I hope that's how his name is spelled). He did an amazing job! I have been to this IHOP in the past and the service was horrible so I hadn't been back for years until today. Based on the excellent service he provided I will go again. Thank you.

I rarely give poor reviews but this was our worst experience ever at a IHOP. Our waiter repeatedly messed up our order, my wife ordered a sweet tea and he brought her a lemonade. I ordered the breakfast sampler, when it was delivered to the table the eggs were cold, the sausage was barely look warm and the bacon was chewy, and I specifically asked for crispy. We had to ask 3 times for extra napkins. We won't be eating at this IHOP again.

Stopped thru while traveling and I must say, EVERYTHING was properly made! I eat IHop fairly often and this one is on par with all the others! All the classic syrups and even Togo i got my choice of syrup in take home containers! The service from start to finish was fantastic! Recommend 10/10

This location is easy to get to, and we needed to grab breakfast before hitting the road home. Did not disappoint! The atmosphere is upbeat, music was at the perfect volume, clean everything, well lit. It was busy at 11am on a Saturday and our waitress was feeling rushed, she did a great job! Manager engaged with us and other guests. Host greeted us and wished us a pleasant day, and other servers did as well as we left. Perfect dining experience!!

On Sunday, July 27 we stopped in for dinner. The waitress was friendly and mentioned it might be slow because she was the only one. She was the hostess, waitress, and server. For doing that many jobs, and only one cook in the back, it really wasn’t that slow. As for the manager, you need to give that young lady a pay raise! She deserves it!
