Food is typically under cooked or done incorrectly. Sodas are watered down to the max and fries are ok but sometimes aren’t seasoned at all

I used to love the curly fries you would get with your order they were amazing. The apple wood bbq was amazing and is not available anymore. I ordered last night and the fries are cold and the wings are just average at best. Looks like it is time for a new wing place :(

We ordered last night and not only were we shorted wings but the taste was awful. We’re so used to having a good experience at Chili’s, the restaurant these guys work out of we thought the taste would be okay. We were so wrong. We got Buffalo and Garlic Parmesan, and the taste was so off. Not totally inedible, but we had ordered saucy nuggets at Wendy’s last week and those were better taste wise for the sauces in comparison. Disappointed and wouldn’t try again.

My husband got the chicken margarita and it was hardly Lukewarm. My soup had no cheese on top and all other Chilis serve it with cheese.

Staying overnight in the area, we choose Chili's for dinner. It was a Sunday evening and when we were there the restaurant was not very busy. We had a new server, but she was working hard, and doing a nice job, checking in with us often to take care of our needs. Service was quick and the food was good. (Salmon, ribs, burger)

The wings were overcooked & dry, but the sauces were great & tons of fries to go with them. I'd try them again for sure. Nice server that brought the food out too. Good value for the portion size - just hoping next time the wings aren't overdone. Everybody/every business deserves a 2nd chance.

Curbside didn't come out after following link. Wings seemed old. Tough and barely warm. Disappointing. I really liked it there alot previously

Ok so i just ordered the Pineapple Teriyaki boneless wings and fries with a side of deep fried Oreos…… here is your 6th star ? it’s nice and shiny. Listen…. When I tell y’all this blessed my soul after church, I’m not playin’ witcha!!!!! I’m screamin’ and so is my stomach. It was a party in my mouth and all my favorite artists were performin’!!! I couldn’t have asked for a better late night meal! Keep up the good work whoever was in the kitchen tonight! They need a raise. Period. Mic drop. ?

Awful place. Worst Chili’s I’ve ever been to. We tried to have it delivered but they kept canceling our order and then lied about it when the delivery service confirmed that Chili’s canceled it.
