Been here a few times and it was always ok. Today the employee had no clue how to work the espresso machine. Sold me the drink. When I mentioned it wasn't correct she said the machine was broken. Watching them make it I'm very sure she didn't know how to use it. Needs better training.

My ex-husband lives locally, so this is something he suggested for our daughters birthday..we got an assorted box of doughnuts for breakfast and I took her back for bobba drinks after lunch and I would like to say THANK YOU Jack's for not only the AMAZING doughnuts they were incredible! But also for your very kind and considerate staff members we dealt with that day. Our daughter very much loved and appreciated both visits that day ❤️ thank you so much!!

On my vacation to IN, I went to the New Castle location first and that was a great experience ALL around. I got a specialty hot coffee (m), iced chia latte (m) and a Jack's dozen (dozen donuts and a bag of donut holes)
On my way out of town I stopped at the Richmond location and ordered the exact same items (chia was a small). First of all their supply was so low there wasn't much to choose from and I was charged more for the same order!
Was not happy. I would only recommend the New Castle location.
The pink colada drink I think it’s called was great

Great and fun service. Unfortunately I purchased a Jack's donut flavored lip balm but when I got it home it was already used! I don't usually go to Richmond so I guess this is a lesson learned :-)
