Cozy little place with good home cooking, friendly owner, and friendly customers. The chicken fried steak is the best I ever had! The pancakes are fluffy, the fried potatoes aren't greasy, and the eggs taste like Grandma's. Yum!

One filthy place plus the owner that saw an attack on me n my friend in her cafe n bold faced lied about not seeing it when she did……. Besides that while I was on the floor I saw how disgusting the floor and the tables are .

No. Eggs and fried potatoes no flavor at all whatsoever. Burnt potatoes. Under the table the floor was filthy. The server was nice though. Sausage patties were good. This place is for old ppl whose taste buds aren't working.

I've lived Richmond for about 2 years now and I just now visited Joann's for the first time last week and it was great! I got the pancakes and waffle and they both were really good. The waitress was amazing and the other employees were nice and attentive as well. The prices are INSANELY GREAT compared to everything else in this town which will have me coming back for more.
I put 4 ⭐ for the food because my pancakes were a little burnt on the bottom, but I'm not gonna let that deter me from coming back. Also, I wish the waffle was just a little bit thicker. Other than that I can't wait to come back and try the double cheeseburger and waffle fries!

Delicious home cooking at this locally owned eatery. The service was great and the wait time for our hot breakfasts to be served was better than average. Would definitely recommend.

I was looking for a local owned restsurant. It was closed fir the day.
A really nice little place to go for breakfast and lunch. Very small and had to wait a few minutes for a booth. I ordered breakfast and it was cooked to perfection. Prices are decent, service was excellent.

Here's your permission: GET THE COUNTRY FRIED STEAK. I got it today and it was so good! Forget about calories today and give it a try. Amazing. The perfect crispness, the perfect seasoning, the perfect texture, the perfect thickness of the gravy. The mashed potatoes and green beans were also delicious. I wish I weren't from out of town so I could get it more often. But next time I'm driving through I know what I'm ordering!

This really is a nice mom and pop restaurant. The young couple that own the place do a great job their food is excellent. Prices are reasonable and the service is spot on. This was our first visit there and we will be going back.
