Small little house ,holds about 46 people, Owners were very nice. Food is homemade and made to order, small menu but wonderful, French toast sandwich was delicious and my husband's chopped stakwith eggs and homefries , they hand press the chopped stake so it is not a frozen burger.. Nice little breakfast and lunch place.

I googled restaurants in the Richmond area and made the decision to go to Joann’s Cafe. It’s a locally owned business that we wanted to support. The hospitality was great! One of the owners was our waitress and she took great care of us. I had the breakfast bowl and it was delicious. My friend who met me at the restaurant also enjoyed his breakfast as well. The people were very friendly. A complete stranger paid for our meal. We were visiting the Richmond area for the day and were shown unusual hospitality. Thank you Timothy Coleman for your generosity! Blessings to you!

The tenderloin sandwich was everything I hoped it would be! You do get service like they offered anyplace anymore. You will not be sorry if you stop by this lovely cafe.

So, for those traveling here, this is a great little cafe! The owners are friendly, the food is good, hot, and made to order. You are served large portions and it’s inexpensive. This really is an awesome little cafe, and what’s even nicer is if you come often enough, the owners do remember you and welcome you like family… you don’t see that a lot anymore.I come here often from out of state as I have classes and conferences I go to about every 6 months or I need to pick up chimney stuff.
