For the third time in a row, it took thirty minutes to get our food in the drive through.

Don’t come here and expect your order to be correct, and when you try to flag them down at the window they ignore you.
I'll start with food is usually pretty good here. Problem comes with service. They don't get orders right and they certainly never get them done in the shown window of time. I've come multiple times to pick up and they say they haven't even started or didn't see the order so I'll have to wait. No thanks. Going to Lee's.

They didn't have enough original recipe for a four piece meal so I had to settle for a partial crispy order. None of the tables were very clean. After waiting 10 minutes for my order, I was informed that it would be another 15 minutes before biscuits were ready. They offered another side as a replacement, but I told them I'd take the rest of the order now and they could give me the biscuits when ready, but they forgot to bring them out, so I had to ask for them again. The background music in the restaurant was uncomfortably loud and the signal kept cutting out. Finally and most importantly, I noticed the thigh in my meal tasted a little off. I took another bite and found that the chicken was undercooked and bloody. I showed the manager on duty and he said it wasn't undercooked as he had done the cooking himself. I also told him about the poor service and he implied that no one was at fault because "they had been slammed earlier.". I will not return.

I waited half an hour for my order AT the store. Order was placed online. I arrived at the time my order was supposed to be ready and I asked not told anything when I arrived

Food was hot and fresh! However you could only the drive thru was open. I believe it’s always that way based on the sign and the fact that we were there at 11:45 AM.

I just got a number one with corn and mashed potatoes the corn was old and gross the chicken taste weird. The mashed potatoes were good tho.

I live towards West Alexandria and Eaton Ohio I prefer to drive out to this location in Richmond Indiana because the quality of food is much better in the services amazing they never mess up my order the location in Eaton Ohio the food never seems to be fresh they always short me on food inequality is not so great

Went and ordered 12 piece meal with two sides and a half gallon. Was told to wait 4 min for them. They brought it out and I drove 30 mins home. No sauces and no drink.

Pushed me thru drive thru like an assembly line. Talked so fast and never asked questions about each order. There were items missing.
If it wasn't for the young lady who did everything she could to get my order right , I would have caused a scene if I went inside. This was a bad ending to that day. Her smile saved the day for whoever was taking orders at the drive thru.
