Terrible food cold biscuit was soaked with butter

Ordered large liver and paid for large, was given small. Found out after 25 minute drive home. Chicken and livers were soaked in grease. Called and left message with corporate and never received call back. Usually have good luck with lees food, but this location was totally disgusting. The container of livers was a third full of grease.

First time visiting a Lees, chicken was great, coleslaw was good Mac and cheese was ok. Wedges were good, nicely seasoned, a little soft. Service could be friendlier.. we felt like an inconvenience to the staff. Food was ready very quick though!

The food was good except for I found a hair. The chicken was very crispy. The service was amazing. I ordered 10 pieces tender, and it was done in 2 minutes.

The food is ALWAYS delicious! This was my very first job many moons ago in Columbus, IN (no longer there) but your prices have skyrocketed and I don’t understand why you don’t have specials anymore or at least coupons. And now when you ordered a 2 or 3 piece meal you used to get a breast and leg or Thigh and wing for 2 pieces or for a 3 piece you’d get a breast or thigh, a wing and a leg but now you want to charge extra for a breast and they just give you the smaller pieces which aren’t as big as they used to be either. We would come more often if for one lower your prices and two especially offer weekly discounts or specials and at least have coupons as well. I know most people prefer Lees Famous Recipe or Kentucky fried ANYDAY!! Just sayin….

Their new computer voice ordering is BUSTED and missed so many things on our order and then when we went up to the window and they said we had to go back through the loooooong line and yelled at us for asking for a receipt and everything. wasted so much time during our lunch break.
