The drive-thru was fast, and the customer service was great! The chicken tenders, mashed potatoes and gravy, and mac and cheese were all fresh and delicious. I'll definitely be back and look forward to another freshly brewed iced tea.

Ordered 3 pieces of chicken, breasr, leg, and thigh. Received no breast 2 wings and 2 thighs. The chicken was so dry and tough and thighs were very small. So dry and tough couldn't eat them. The last 2 times I've been there the food has been bad. This place has really gone downhill.

Some of the best chicken you'll find in the state! Priced and portioned just right. Tastes like a blend of Popeyes and the real Kentucky Fried Chicken from back in the day. Hope they expand locations.

The drive thru took way too long. Took 20 minutes just to get one item. Also wasn't a fan of the speaker system.

The best fried chicken in Richmond...hands down. The sides taste like they've just been made. mac&cheese, green beans, great biscuits. Try it and you'll never go elsewhere.
Manager is rude, disrespectful to customers and very unprofessional. Food was incorrect and we did not get what we were charged for. No one should have to ask the order to be repeated 3 times and yet still you get it wrong and the only answer from the manager is WE DONT HAVE A CORPORATE OFFICE.
