Manager is rude, disrespectful to customers and very unprofessional. Food was incorrect and we did not get what we were charged for. No one should have to ask the order to be repeated 3 times and yet still you get it wrong and the only answer from the manager is WE DONT HAVE A CORPORATE OFFICE.

The food is great and everything, but I was trying to go inside to eat, and it was not even almost 7 o’clock and the doors were locked. I went to the drive-through and so unexpected. I was talking to a robot while ordering, except for an employee.Is Lees employees being lazy? Like what’s going on here? ?

Went to easy side Lees chicken out livers. Left and drove to west side and got my order. Not recommending livers but that was my order.

wife and i ordered two 3 piece strip meals with sides as usual through the drive thru, only car there. quick to take order, quick at window, quick to get food, got home ended up with one 3 piece meal and one 2 piece meal. not that big of a deal considering the overall service and they r usually (especially at this location) spot on. biscuits, mashed taters n gravy green beans & the strips were good otherwise.

I stopped in and ordered a chicken sandwich combo. The drink was ok. The mashed potatoes were good. The sandwich....NOT EDIBLE. WOULDN'T EVEN FEED IT TO MY DOGS. Ya'll should be ashamed to charge that much for an inedible sandwich.
