Long John Silver's | A&W

ATTEMPTED to eat here. It was 7:50pm. According to the website it states that they were open until 9:00pm. As we parked and got out of our vehicle I could see 1 employee laugh and was talking to someone inside. As we walked to the entrance you could see another employee rushing to the door. As I reached for the door she grabbed the door and pulled and proceeded to lock the door. She didn't bother to say anything to us. Not sorry the dining room is closed nothing. There was another gentleman right behind us that also thought it was open until 9 as well. What made it worse you could see the 2 employees inside laughing as we got back in our vehicles. Needless to say we will not be back to this one with RUDE employees such as these!

I haven't ate there for yrs. Now I know why. What I got for 13.99 plus tax was sad. 2 Small piece's of fish one thing that I think was a Chicken tender and 2 shrimp. I could have went to Red lobster and got a real dinner for 15.00. Will not go back

Very hit or miss. When it's good it's really good but other wise a toss up. Their rootbeer being and A&W is also really gross. Always taste flat and old/tangy like being skunked.

Chicken SO much smaller than it used to be. Used to be good value but chicken is half the size or smaller than it used to be. Probably going to end my 40 year relationship with LJS and get quality food elsewhere for the same price

Stopped in to get my granddaughter food after classes at IU on Monday. Ordered 2 orders of waffle fries. We got 6 fries and Cole Slaw. When we asked to exchange the Slaw for the 2nd order of fries we were rudely told that the 6 fries was a double order of fries. When I questioned again, because this is the exact same meal she frequently orders at the Connersville store, the employee replied well this isn't Connersville. We will not be returning to this location. The staff was very rude

I was missing the malt vinger I asked for twice but was supplied with hot sauce and no receipt. The food was OK. Had I had the right condiments, it would have been better.

It's long Johns, not the best by any measure. But I still love it. A&W also, so amazing fries and dogs. It's not a 5 star restaurant, you know what your getting. But I love long Johns, and there aren't many left. It's like carnival food, if you like it you absolutely love it. 2 pieces of greasy fish, a piece of rubbery chicken and a few hush puppies and a literal handful of tarter sauce packets and I'm in heaven. We have to preserve the few remaining locations we still have. I can eat the pieces of batter skimmed off the friers like it's its own meal. Captain d's just doesn't hit the same spot.
