Long John Silver's | A&W

This restaurant is disgusting, even putrid. The only thing I'd recommend is that they're closed down for filthy and unsanitary conditions. Where's the dam health inspector in Richmond Indiana?? My visit yesterday was the first after several years, however I'll NEVER go back.

Zero customer service & employee was on her phone while I was at the counter and had to find her hiding in the drive thru window text on her phone while customers are waiting… the cook in the back seen me and was attempting to assist when she said she’d get it..

This is unacceptable!

Last few times I have been the portion of fries has been a joke. Today 8/22 on my lunch break I went and no one would answer the drive thru window.

I really enjoy going into this place because I can always get fish and hush puppies, macaroni and cheese green beans. I guess you can say you can just get your comfort foods and then top it off with an A&w Root beer float but highly recommend it. Check it out and enjoy!

What a shock! Haven’t been to a Long John Silvers in years. The interior of the restaurant was awesome. Very nicely decorated. The service was very exceptional. The fish Salmon and Cod was perfect. I will definitely be returning. Highly recommend!! This is a hidden jewel! Thank you to the employees and owner. What a great experience’

This Long John Silvers has really gone downhill. I haven't been here in a few years and I used to love their chicken plank platter with french fries, coleslaw and hush puppies...well, no more! Everything I received was nasty...I won't be eating at Long John Silvers ever again! I spent $12 on a meal that was fit for a trash can. The french fries were not even fries...the chicken planks were not fresh and very small and the coleslaw tasted like it had been sitting around for days...even the hush puppies were nasty...soggy on one side and not hot or fresh!

This is a drive -thru review. So refreshing to have such pleasant service. It was getting close to closing time, and the staff was still friendly and compensated for smaller chicken pieces by adding more.

The staff is very nice . Food has gotten smaller in portion and prices are high. There’s hardly any meat , mostly breading . Small portions of fries and claims . The hushpuppies are mini . $$$$$. Expected a larger meal for the price .

ATTEMPTED to eat here. It was 7:50pm. According to the website it states that they were open until 9:00pm. As we parked and got out of our vehicle I could see 1 employee laugh and was talking to someone inside. As we walked to the entrance you could see another employee rushing to the door. As I reached for the door she grabbed the door and pulled and proceeded to lock the door. She didn't bother to say anything to us. Not sorry the dining room is closed nothing. There was another gentleman right behind us that also thought it was open until 9 as well. What made it worse you could see the 2 employees inside laughing as we got back in our vehicles. Needless to say we will not be back to this one with RUDE employees such as these!
