I was on my lunch hour and came in with my son who was home for Thanksgiving break. My soup was brought to my table in a very timely manner but after waiting almost 15 minutes, I had to go up and ask about my son's order. They said it had been marked as already out.
I would also make sure if you order catering specifically the potato bar to purchase your own toppings. We paid almost $90 for broccoli, peppers and cheese sauce for 25 potatoes. The broccoli looked like approximately 2 cups and the peppers couldn't have been over a cup's worth.
Will go back for individual meals but would never cater from here again.

Went to McAlister’s today around noon and ordered the French dip sandwich and while the food was very good and fast, the front of house staff was VERY rude. There were 2-3 girls standing around .. none of them looked interested in working and it took a minute for a bigger girl to finally come take my order. I asked the girl a few questions and got nothing but short rude responses. I asked how the witches brew lemonade was and she stated “I don’t know I don’t like lemonade it’s sour.” Then she commented something to another worker and when I asked what she said (because I thought she was speaking to me) she responded “I’m not talking to you I don’t even know you” very hatefully. I think the workers could use a lesson in manners and kindness. I will not be returning. Do better!

Empty restaurant at 530 one Thursday night. Stale bread. Portions are small.by.about a third .W ater has a pink tinge in it. And there is cheese on the rim of my rice and beans.

Greeted soon as we walked in and the staff was friendly. We ordered the King Club and discovered that's a HUGE sandwich and easily fed 2 people. Everything we ordered was really good and the portions are generous.
Waited 15 mins for the cook to realize he had an order up while all the employees stood around. Told me as the main course completed the side was out of stock. Didn’t attempt to make it right at all n laughed about me waiting 25 mins with zero customers. I won’t be back.

The food was good. However, when we ordered at the counter, there was some confusion about if a certain soup was available listed on of soups of the day. The person taking our order seemed annoyed with us and was rather short with her responses. I could have understood her frustration if they were busy, but no one was behind us in line, and there were maybe ten other patrons in the restaurant.

The AC was not working so it was quite warm in there. Our order was lost or something. 3 other people that came in after us got their food before us. We had to ask where our food was. Then my Mac n cheese was cold and could tell it was sitting a while. My husband went up for another and the guy was rude/bothered we asked for another
