I won’t say every time but dang near every time I go here something is wrong or messed up or we have to wait 20mins for fries when it only takes 3mins to make them. Today I ordered a kids happy meal, a triple cheeseburger meal and 2 spicy snack wraps and when I finally got home and sat down to enjoy my food, I opened the bag and no fries. This place needs a total rework of their staff. When you try and complain or bring up an issue they get an attitude or just don’t care. Yall need to do better, if I were the manager there things would be way different. But I’ll never get back into food service, and I’d never manage a terrible location like the one on main. Yall have a consistent F- team.

Our fries where stail and hard as rocks and the service was horrible. The girl taking our order got snippy and basically yelled at us because we where taking to long to decide on what we wanted which was like one second of her time. Did not like her attuide one bit. I should of chosen burger king. We definitely won't be back.

Don't go here if you want lettuce on your sandwich. They act like its gold flakes and litterally put 5-7 small slivers on the mcchickens, even if you ask for extra/heavy lettuce you still will have to have them remake them. I suggest going to the one 5 minutes down the road across from Wendy's. They know how to make a sandwich. This place has an attitude because they have to remake it due to not having any lettuce and only mayo oozing out of the sandwich. Save your money at this place because fries are never fresh(soggy any time I go) And they act like serving people their food even at the counter is the toughest job in the world. And these have been grown adults each time. They truly need shut down and retrained under corporate guidlines so they know they are at work and not talking to someone on the street as the attitudes have almost made them eat their own teeth. 🤷

I prefer this location as opposed to others nearby because they care about the coffee. They make the most delicious iced mochas and put the syrup at the bottom as well which not all do. If I ever have to pull up to another spot to wait they are always apologetic and give hashbrown coupons even if I didn’t wait more than a couple minutes. Very big difference in service and wait times than the one by the interstate.

Made a pick up order at this location. We ordered drinks, a mocha frappe and a fanta. Lady at window said it wasn't on the order then told me to pull forward to wait on the drinks. Then, a lady comes up and says the total of the drinks I needed to pay all though the drinks already were paid for on the mobile order. Came home, and as I walked thru the door my 40 peice nuggets bust open thru the bottom of the box. First manager i spoke to told me she could not replace it since it wasn't on property. Phone accidentally disconnected then I spoke with another manager and she told me I had to bring the nuggets back for a replacement. All though the nuggets were gonna get thrown away and McDonald's franchise is not allowed to take food that's been opened, ate out of thru the window they did. Only positive thing I can say is at least I got a replacement of my nuggets thanks to the manager Jordan.

This was horrible...spent $70 plus dollars an they forgot my chicken nuggets an gave me 2 extra cheeseburgers instead an when I called whoever answered the phone was rude an called me a liar. I don't need handouts an wouldn't even of complained but I had a sick boy at home that only wanted the nuggets. I will not return to this place an am very upset.
