Food has always been good at this McDonald's. My friends went here today in between a couple of classes and I asked them to get me a Dr. Pepper. They came back, gave me my drink and it was Diet Coke. I am not happy with this because Coke in any form is disgusting to me and now I have nothing to drink. If they got their drinks right, I would give them more stars. So not only did I spend my money on a drink for it to be wrong, I don't have anything to drink either. Thanks.

The staff in this restaurant are consistently outright MEAN to customers. Acting bothered that we have to audacity to show up and purchase food. The orders are never right and every time I get the wrong thing and ask for it to be corrected they argue with me and tell me I’m wrong before even looking at my order. At this point I’ll be driving across town to the other McDonald’s if I want that to eat. I’m not paying people to treat me poorly.

Staff are friendly, only thing check your order while at drive thru window as it is often wrong. Prices have most definitely went up
Abysmal service. The woman taking our order at the drive-thru cut us off after ordering two meals and rushed us through like there was some massive line when there was literally one car in front of us. The food was terrible. The chicken sandwich was overcooked and rubbery, and the fries had zero salt. Only decent thing was the quarter pounder. Never coming here again.
It's the staff in control that never wants to deal with problems they let their power go to their heads they want kids to come into work puking and sick so customers can get sick or you get a write up how about the owner pay for the doctor visit then I am sure when the owner is puking he or she stays home and that's ok but not other staff

The worst McDonalds I've ever been to which is saying a lot because I thought I had already been to several. I had a simple order of a happy meal, extra fries, bbq sauce, and a drink. Person at drive thru started to hand me 2 large drinks, I shook my head no and repeated my order. I was handed a box missing extra fries and BBQ sauce. When I told the person I ordered extra fries he said something about their computers and wouldn't give me what I ordered. As I sat there, the person started to hand me a large drink AGAIN. It took 3 people to get me the kid's sprite...3! I had to say it 10 times..."I only need the kid's sprite". The manager says, "You ordered the hamburger no pickle". At this point I had to laugh because it felt like I was being punked. They have pictures and monitors showing them what was ordered and still cannot get it right. Don't waste your time going here unless you enjoy total incompetence.
