I was outside waiting in the cold for my ride and the manager was nice enough to let me come in and let me stay warm while I waited for him and I was able to order food which I really appreciated super nice highly recommend

This is by far the worst location aside from the one on Detroit Street in Xenia Ohio. I've never seen so many lazy workers in my life. If they were to even do the bare minimum, things would probably run smoother.

I’m done going through the drive through just to get out of my vehicle to go inside for them to fix it. Why have two lines to order if there’s only one window to pick it up. Constantly gotta wait on food for it to be wrong. Over McDonald’s

This is hit and miss. Very slow service. Mix up of orders, some rude employees but then some extremely nice
Parking: You can get trapped in parking spots because of the drive thru. The plan for drive thru was not well thought out
