I placed a mobile order and as soon as I went in to pick it up it was ready. Luckily I checked the order before leaving and found I was missing a breakfast sandwich. The young lady at the counter apologized and had my sandwich made right away. Unfortunately, I didn't get the young lady's name because I was in a hurry.
