I went to this McDonald's today. Five months ago I posted how horrible it was. Today it looks like there have been improvements. The manager today seemed grounded and professional. The staff seemed friendly. I see improvements and I am grateful.

i came here yesterday after i got off work for a grinch happy meal. they rang me up which totaled about $13. at the second window they handed me a mcrib with a fry. i told them i didn’t order a mcrib and that i got the bigmac grinch happy meal. the girl then told me they were out of bigmac sauce and couldn’t do the grinch meal due to the socks being out of stock. very disappointing that they didn’t inform me that they couldn’t do a grinch meal and still charged me for one.

Staff was extremely polite, and know how to act under pressure. Great food and service which makes up for the lazy, rude, and slow staff at National rd location( 3126 W National Rd, Richmond, IN). If your closer to the National rd, then do yourself a favor, and drive the extra distance to a different location, but the location on Commerce did a great job!

Me and my wife go there about a 1/2 an hour before they close in the drive through, and they proceed to tell us that they don't have French fries, what McDonald's runs out of French fries, it seems like the service is getting more shittier and shittier there. Won't be back

My kind of McDonald's. Good team work. It seemed more like friends working together instead of co workers. It does make a difference. I travel all over the USA. I enjoyed the little time I was ordering and going back to eat at my hotel room. Thumbs up

We came through the drive through yesterday night around 8p. I ordered a ten piece nugget and a medium fry for my two kids (2 and 4). This morning, they both woke up with profuse, vomiting and diarrhea, and a high grade fever over 102.

After consulting with their pediatrician, it has been confirmed that they are suffering from food poisoning. My husband, my other son and I, who did not consume the chicken nuggets are just fine. I still have five of them because for some reason, my kids refused to eat the rest of them last night and now I understand why.

I am appalled and disgusted.

Drive through staff needs training, time to grow up or something. Absolutely the worst interaction with another human being while trying to order. They were clueless. As you can guess, once at the pickup window order was wrong and we were not trying to special order or be difficult. Quality of service severely lacking

Came through drive thru tonight and a kid with an extremely deep voice came over the speaker. Im partially deaf, and because of his deep tone, i could barely understand him. When i got to the window, same thing. I asked him to repeat my total because i couldn't hear him, and what he told me wasn't what was on the menu screen at the speaker. He was INCREDIBLY rude, and i let him know there was zero need to be rude. The young kid at the next window handed me my drink, but literally shoved the bag in my hand before shutting the window. When i got home, there was no meat on my sandwich, just the big Mac bun, pickles, lettuce and so much mac sauce that even if there was meat it would be inedible. I tried calling the store several times, no answer.

Overall, i doubt l will ever return. This isn't the first or second bad experience either. Its every time i go through. Which thankfully isn't very often. I will stick with the others in town.

I want though the drive though line and ordered a #1 Large big mac, Large Fry, and a Large coke. Food was ice cold , the fries were intentionally upside down in the bag and the drink they gave me was a small. Not happy about this.

We went through the drive through. The lady taking our order was rude. The person giving food out at the window argued that we didnt get a fry when I told her we were short a fry. Had to show my receipt. Then she was short and rude.

Never fails every time I go through the drive thru it's a guarantee to wait 20 minutes for the food. On top of that it's always cold when I receive it. You can get better and faster service at any sit down restaurant.

When it's good it's good but when it's not it's not. Very hit or miss. A lot of times you get pulled up into spots for little things so food is cold or missing. But when they get it then it's actually pretty good.

The BLUNDERBOYZ

It’s been a couple years since I’ve last been here the managers have changed a lot! For the worst I miss the one young man who always had his shirt tucked in and a smile on his face one of the employees told me he was fired 2 years ago and moved away? Wherever he is they need to hire him back! He was always so kind and always had my order memorized as soon as me and my girlfriend walked in double quarter meal and sometimes a ice cream cone
