We used the kiosk inside to order. It took an excessive amount of time to get our order. The dining room was dirty. We returned our French fries because they were cold and rubbery. There was no ketsup ice or drink lids at the drink center, so we had to wait again until some finally came to the front counter to help us. Would not recommend this particular location in Richmond indiana

Went to this McDonald's on March 14th, 2024 before a storm chase. Fries were hot and delicious! Only issue was I ordered a QPC with cheese and it didn't have CHEESE! Oh well, it was still delicious, and the Dr. Pepper was amazing. I chased a few tornadoes afterward and had a hell of a day after eating here! 5 STARS!

They messed our order up, then they proceeded to argue with us, and wouldn't give us our money back for the food that we didn't get back (we got it back eventually) and the service was terrible. Along with that the frappe that I got was melted.

Not very busy but unfortunately service was very slow. The french fries I ordered were freshly cooked and unfortunately tasted strange. The iced tea tasted like they forgot to remove all of the cleaner from the container. I ordered carryout and a few miles down the road had to stop and get drinks at a convenience store because I wasn't comfortable drinking the tea.
