Checkout process is not orderly and any specific concerns I've raised to management have been blown off. Kroger is seeming like the better option for me now despite being a further drive.

Was here to make daughter's birthday cake ordered one of their pink Monster cakes with strawberry filling instead Cake Maker decided to put Bavarian cream and change cake the way they want it spoke to managers all refuse to do anything and we're very confusing there only question was do you have a receipt poor customer service

As far as Meijers go this one is fairly small. The customer service provided was friendly and helpful.

Front of the store employees are great! Always get greeted with a smile and when you leave you are told thank you and to have a great night. Don't go at about 9-10pm if you want to shop grocery (I go almost every night because they are they only ones open until 12am in town). They are either out OR have the isles blocked so bad it looks like they have closed them, you can't even get a cart down. The meat isle are usually blocked completely where you have to go all the way around. I almost got my shoe stuck on a cart THEY use because I needed something that THEY was blocking. I had to climb over their cart to get what I needed. I go into the restroom in the front of the store, middle stall and the toilet is barley hanging on the wall. I used my foot to see if it was sturdy and moved it...the toilet is wiggly on the wall. One good sized person will bring it down. For your prices you would think things would be better.

Disappointed I have to go back tomorrow for scripts, being they didn't have enough to fill my prescriptions.
