I've never been a big fan of the large chain restaurants, but this location does a great job. Without a doubt, this was the best dinner I've ever had at an Olive Garden. We were in Richmond IN, to visit with friends. Really glad we found this gem.

I am sitting here with my family of FOUR. FOUR. They bring out 3 of the garlic bread and 2 plates with salad. 2 plates for 4 people? We waited over 15 minutes to clean off a table when we walked in to get a table cleaned off. When no one asked if we wanted a booth or table. There was plenty of seats open. Clearly. Took another 15 minutes after we sat down for someone to come serve us. It’s just awful. The lady when we walked in was rude (blonde) don’t care to much about this place. Will not be coming back to this one

Jennifer r is the absolute best waitress we've had. Did was good and hot and was served quickly. We never ran out of drink, salad, or bread sticks.

Restaurant was freezing when we asked about it we were told "It stays the same temp all year round". Salad came it was fine. Entrees came barely warm. Told server Jennifer R. she replied " That's funny they were just handed to me". Well I used to serve & that's funny because if I were to reply to a customer like that I would've been sent home with a warning at bare minimum. That is not how you respond to a customer. Especially if you're expecting a tip! When our entrees came back they were some what warm. She also offered cheese with them THIS time. The first time she did not. At the end when boxing up our stuff she was trying to suck up to get a tip. But she boxed my stuff up & I wasn't even finished. Freezing restaurant = luke warm food. I have had better service here before so I know this must've been a isolated incident.

It was a mess at first. We had a big party. Called for a 5pm reservation. Got there early. Was told that it would be 20 to 30 minute wait. Another big party came in. They got seated right away. Everyone that came in after us got seated. I was told that it was because our server was not there yet. We finally got seated.. the manager ended up taken care of us until the server got there. She took care of us and was super nice. But it was still a frustrating situation
