Stacie was our waitress and she is on point. She is fast for refills and making sure all is right with us. Our salad was special order an it came out perfect. The hubs had Spaghetti and meat sauce extra sauce and he absolutely loved it. It was delicious. I had the soup and salad. My minestrone was so right. It's my #2 at the garden. I am please that the managers come by to check and see how things went

There were only about 5 tables in there at the time, and we had to wait about 10 minutes to be seated. Then, wait another 5-8 minutes for a server. She brought our salads and breadsticks before our drinks. She forgor our dipping sauce. She was not friendly. Food was decent. We asked for to go boxes and ordered a birthday dessert for my daughter... it came out in a to go container and was frozen. Waitress never cleared our dinner plates. Trash all over the restaurant floor. Very disappointed in our whole experience that night.

Margaret S was our server. She was horrible. She was slow. We got 1 refill the whole night. Our salad came out at the same time as food. The soup was cold. As we were cashing out she became rude and bitter as we asked for a box. We asked if we could get a soup to go and became rude over us asking the question. Said it was against policy. That management wouldn’t let us. We said okay, she then proceeded to say that we could box what was on our table and tossed the box down on the table. She is very snippy. Not to mention she just took our glasses to fill them up. No fresh glasses. Not sure how this lady has a job.The other young ladies busted their butts all night. Management needs to do something with this one. Won’t be back for awhile after tonight.
Richmond has to be the worst location for this restaurant. The only good thing was the food (when they finally brought out MY correct entree after my wife was done eating.) No apology. No manager came out. NOTHING! They also need to learn how to CLEAN off the table. Had to wipe off the table myself! Been to one in Cincinnati, Dayton, Indianapolis, and Muncie. Would recommend those locations to anyone. I will NEVER patronize the Richmond Olive Gardens again. It will be worth the drive to get the quality service!!!!!!!

We ALWAYS get a bad seat. When we ask for something more comfortable, we are always told no. This particular server was NOT friendly. She did not offer refill, she didn't even check on us. We asked her to have the kitchen split our meal as we were sharing-she didn't do that either. This is the first server I haven't tipped in years!

Hot, fresh appetizers and entrées, delivered at the right timing and an excellent, courteous waitress who kept checking on us to make sure we were satisfied on a very busy Valentines Day afternoon. We were in and out, stuffed and highly satisfied, in just about an hour. Thanks ?
