Penn Station East Coast Subs

Always hot and fresh food. Fries are splitable for sure. Seems like this location has done some work and cleaned the dining area and got new tables. Everything was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. They could post their hours on the door, that would be helpful. Otherwise good place for that time when your thinking i want something different but can't think of a thing

I ordered the grilled Italian and fries. They were both fresh and tasty! Very generous on portions and great customer service!

Ordered a teriyaki chicken that tasted like a soy sauce chicken. After only a few minutes my toasted sandwich was soggy and useless. Crew seemed to joke around more than work. Probably the reason behind the lack in food quality

I got two Philly cheesesteaks there was barely any meat on the bun what was there you couldn't taste because there was so much pepper. The fries looked like the bottom of the barrel 90% were less than 1/2 inch long

I love what I just saw. The manager here at the Richmond Penn Station just helped out a homeless man and in doing so gained a new biggest fan. I hope you get to read this you have won my hart... and thanks for the starnote lol

Cheese steak had very little meat.

Chad the “manager” answered my call. I had ordered DoorDash cus I have TWO disabled daughters one of which in a wheelchair recovering from a brain injury so I have to utilize DoorDash more so than id prefer. It’s unfortunate yes I prefer to go out and get my own food. Well I had to use DoorDash which Penn station is offered thru, every single sub was wrong. I had chicken on my ham club, onions when I clearly asked for money, no mayo, no pickles when I requested extra, fries were all old cold and just burnt to a crisp. I sw Chad and he said and I quote “I made those myself if you wanted the right food you should’ve got out yourself there’s nothing I can do for you” so not only rude, incompetent, but completely NASTY and inconsiderate! I spent way too much money for a completely wrong order and ignorant “manager” ! I won’t be back in person or DoorDash and I will share this on Richmond In local pages as well ! Even told him I had pictures and he said oh well you shouldn’t have gone thru DoorDash, HE MADE MY FOOD DoorDash was only in charge of delivery which they did !

I order food at 7:14 and pick up around 7:33 my food done but waiting for fries.Server skip my frie and give to others who walked in to order.im wait until 7:44 .lady who on cashier Friday 28 should pay attention more to customer who should get service first.. 30 minutes..wait...just fried ....
